Overall it was fine. I'm not sure a leaf blower was the correct tool given it had been raining the night before, so I'm not sure they were able to get all the debris out of the gutters.

We worked with this company to get the gutters on our house cleaned. They noted that we did not need to be home for the service. However, communications could have been better - they indicated they would call prior to arriving to do the work, but there was never a call and there was no confirmation after the service was performed. I had to reach out to the company later in the week to ask if the service was performed (they said it was), but the inconsistent communications will prevent me from utilizing this company again.

Bought the gutter cleaning big deal on Nov. 10, and was told Dec. 1 is the first available time they can come out. They came at 5pm, when it became fairly dark, and soon rain started. They finished half the work told me they would have to come out sometime during week to finish the work because of the rain. That was OK for me as it was not safety working on the roof under the weather condition, but nobody ever showed up, even I got follow up phone calls from them promising to come out. I then called them to get it officially on schedule for them to finish the job, then I was told I have to wait after new year for them to come out, which was not acceptable, as I need to get the roof cleaned before the holiday. Then they said they can send someone out on Dec. 21. Guess what, nobody ever showed up. ********** Update on 12/23. They finally came out actually did a good job finished up the work. Only if they got the job finished first time around, would be a good service provider...

Overall they went around the whole house, except for a wall of clearstory windows that they would have had to get on the roof to do. They knocked off mud-wasp nests, bird doo, and such but didn't get the spots off where they were. Same with the spider webs, although the eaves looked clean when wet, after the dark brown ceder siding dried off, you could see the spider webs were all stuck to the surfaces rather than washed away. Granted, the service was only a $200 deal, so it was still a good effort for the money overall.

There may have been some spots missed in the overall inspection but we were not home to point them out. If we have the work done, I am sure everything will be caught and fixed. Estimate came with details and photos.

J and E Home Services was suppose to do a gutter cleaning and roof debris removal. They have too many clients to help. The weather is not cooperating to do it at the scheduled time. Keeping changing the appointment. Seems like a good company, but have too much work.

It was adequate. They said they'd send me a photo of a crack in the chimney cap, but I've not received it yet. The followup was lacking. They were prompt and arrived on time.

It went pretty good. The service man went the extra mile to clean an area that was blocked.

This service went well. I will use them again when needed.

While there were some hiccups in scheduling, they provided professional and capable service.

On December 9, without advance notice, people from my lawn service came and cleaned the gutters, which I had not been expecting. Consequently, there was no need for the same service from J&E a few weeks later.

The deal states what is offered. They told me that they charge an extra $50 for wood burning stoves because they would have to take it apart. I told them that that is not what it said in the deal and they told me that it was how it was going to be. I gave them an opportunity to explain this extra charge, but they failed to return my last call. Based on my initial experience, I will not be using this company again.

Bought a voucher through Amazon for gutter cleaning on Nov 20. Service scheduled for Dec 6, then re-scheduled because of rain. Re-scheduled visit didn't occur due to truck problem. They tried to re-schedule again for Dec 30. More than a month to get gutters cleaned? I got refund and am giving the work back to the local guy with a ladder.

The service went fine. There were no additional charges on top of the $99 of the big deal. They arrived on time, which was unusual, and they were efficient. Everything was fine and went well. They do a thorough job. The price is about what everyone charges. It turned out that there were no leaves as I have wide gutters, but they did a good job. They spoke well, and they knew what they were doing. They come and take a look at the gutters, they hose them down, and that is what I was pleased about, because I was worried that there would be leaves stuck in the down spouts.

Gutters cleaned and all debris neatly removed. Neat, clean, and no debris on the lawn, patio, or driveway. A great value combined with job well done. One shingle was left curled up but nothing serious. I would recommend & use again.

They were great. I would give them an A. Somehow the address they got from me was wrong, so someone else got a free gutter cleaning, but then J&E made good on it and took care of me too.

They came really late. They had an issue with traffic. They're like an hour ahead of the window.. I love the guy. They did a great job. It went very good. I didn't spend more than the big deal I purchased.

It went pretty well. They were here but I was not here. The job was completed without a hitch. It was a positive experience. There were no extra charges. It was timely once we did it. I didn't have to call them back or remind them. They did a good job. They didn't do anything wrong.

The experience with his company was fine! He was very polite and considerate. He did what I asked to him to do!

Easy to schedule. Fantastic support office. Installer called me after he got down from roof and gave me an honest opinion about the condition and any maintenance needed.

I had another company out doing some roof work. They went ahead and cleaned out my gutters for me. I am no longer in need of the deal. This company was very prompt to schedule and were very understanding when I had to cancel.

Exterior was cleaned well and pleased with result on trim and siding. Also cleaned stone deck and stairwell to basement. However, 2 issues: 1) I have large bay windows and they were covered w/ dried streaks of soap/bleach. Would have expected that they would rinse w/ clean water after power wash. Wasn't a big deal -- went out with my hose and rinsed and all was well. 2) Soap/bleach, combined w/ sun exposure damaged finish on my front door. To their credit, when I contacted the service provider, he did not make any excuses or try to wiggle out of responsibility. He sent his paint crew over to repaint the door to match the original color so overall satisfied with the end result.
