My experience with them was excellent. He found a little leak in my chimney and repaired it while he was up there. They were on time and were appropriate. They gave me some advice and came back and did a little more. We were quite happy with them.

He did a great job cleaning the gutters. He cleaned up some after he finished the job, but I had to sweep the leaves and clean up the stuff that he got out of the gutters that he left. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again.

They weren’t able to get out to give me an estimate until the end of the month, and I need the work done sooner, so I requested a refund.

Prompt, did a good job, even though I was not home to supervise.

I made an appointment on Feb 22 for March 16 and then called at 1:20 in the pm to reschedule it to today. They then called me this afternoon and tried to reschedule it to next week. I am just not wanting to do business with them if they just keep putting me off and never call until late in the day to reschedule.

Was not responsive and had to follow up multiple times. They called and canceled an appointment five different times. When they did come out they said the work was out of scope.

The service went well. One technician came out and completed the work in about 2-3 hours. He made sure to tell me what he would do before starting. He was respectful and did a nice job. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

I'm cancelling the deal because he is not reponsive nor has he responded to any calls since I've purchased the deal.

I wanted them to come out, I already saw a leak in my ceiling. I wanted them to see where the leak in the roof was coming from. Bought their inspection coupon thinking that would do it. They tried to come out on Feb 20th, twice in March, and they just cancelled again. I have run out of time.

I used an Angie's List special. They asked me for several dates and I choose Nov. 15, which they agreed to. They then asked for more details (I think they were hoping to get additional charges for other services, gutter repairs, gutter fixes, new gutters, etc.). After they found out we did not need anything extra, they then said they could not come until Dec. 15. Then they changed it to Dec. 31. With bad weather the company then said it would take at least two more weeks until they could come. I convinced them to come on the following Monday (Jan. 2, when good weather was predicted). They cleaned the gutters. Because of moving the dates back several times, I feel (but don't know for certain) that they were accommodating full paying customers and moving the Angie's List (cheaper paying) folks back. I needed the service done in the Fall not mid-winter. Based on this experience, I will not use an Angie's list deal for this work again. I would choose another company.

He was efficient and explained a lot. He checked the chimney which has some cracks and send me a proposal. But for right now I am not doing anything.

The appointment setting was handled by a slightly odd character on the phone, but it was finally set and fine. Crew arrived and were very professional. They took pictures of the roof to show me the dishes up there and show what they recommended for a fix. The gutter cleaning and removal/repair of the dishes and roofing was very time-efficient and swift. The crew did a gorgeous cleanup job and left things well cared for.

Bought the Big Deal and had them come a couple months later. Did take a bit to get scheduled, but they arrived on the and did a great job cleaning all gutters.

They came out for an estimate. They were very polite and professional. I needed work done in 3 areas. The smallest of which was to re-mortar 11 bricks and that was $800 alone. To me that is outrageous. They aren't building a house from the ground up.

The service for the big deal from J & E Home Services for pressure washing was a while ago. We did use it. It was 2 or 3 days after the big deal purchase that we had them come out. They were very prompt. There were no additional costs. I had it in mind looking at some very specific locations because when you see them when you walk by your hose you think that is dirty and I wish it weren't. They did a good job. I have some three stories in the back side and they didn't charge us any extra for that. They got it all. I would recommend them and will use them again. They didn't distrupt our routine at all. They showed up when they said they were going to. We never paid anything extra and they did a good job and so that get's an 'A' from me.

Amazing job - I don't think my house has ever looked this good. They were highly responsive, didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of things I didn't really need - and performed the work in a very timely fashion. Great job!

I am satisfied. I would use them again but will probably solicit bids and include them on the bidders list. The overall experience was good.

They gave us an estimate that was higher than what we expected. They explained what the costs would be and how the deal works with Angie's List. I decided that we can't afford it.

It was fine. They did what I needed.

I had a Big Deal. The problem was that the guy didn't properly secure his ladder so it blew over. I was there so I helped him right it. In the process, it tore a screen on the neighbor's house. He said he was going to fix it, but he hasn't. So I need to follow up with him or we will have to repair it since it was our neighbor's house. He did a great job except for fixing the mess he made with the screen.

It went well. Good communication.

Service was prompt. Performed as expected. I subsequently had two other companies look at the chimney. All recommended rebuilding. I did not use this company for the rebuild, but they were prompt, professional and performed as expected. I would used them again and recommend them to a friend.

Everything went well. The pictures were a great tool for explaining what needed to be done. I accepted all recommendations and the work was scheduled and completed. The company and representatives were easy to work with. The representatives called when on the way and ensured everything was cleaned up appropriately.
