Awesome- great communicator- sent photo of work and did a great job!

I had to get rescheduled 4 times, because of an employee being sick, however they discounted the rate by $30.00, which made me very happy. finally they arrived and everything went well. Calling the agency it's very hard to get in touch with anyone, they seems to never be available for phone calls, e-mail is much better to get in contact with them.

They company said they would show up on a scheduled date and time, but they did now show up and will not return email or phone calls. Not a trustworthy company.

Very well. They were polite, provided excellent communication and were reliable.

There was a deal for roof work here at the site. I scheduled an appointment for Saturday, June 2nd. No one showed up, I called several times and no response. On Tuesday, someone sent me an email apologizing. They scheduled their technician Phil to come to the property on Friday, June 8th. He arrived at 1:30PM. My husband and I told him that we wanted all satellite dishes to be removed from the roof and replace missing shingles. We left the shingles at the front of the house. He told my husband that there were two or three missing, but he didn't touch the box of shingles. He didn't remove all the satellite dish. The technician left without saying a word to us. We have called the company multiple times, no one answers the phone, emails, or text messages. I contacted Angielist, this a terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Had an appointment set for yesterday. Not even a particular time. Gave them all day. They never showed. At 3 pm I started telephoning, texting, and messaging via Angie's List. They never replied.

Scheduled repeat gutter cleaning service with J & E Home Services in April. The team member arrived on time within schedule window and he was very professional. He discussed solutions to fix an issue with the cricket. We recommend J & E gutter cleaning services.

Well. The house looks good! The gentleman doing the work asked if I would like the driveway washed as well (at an additional cost) and I had him do that as well. Pleased with all the work.

Went well as usual and I have requested additional work to be done. Attic ventilation fan replaced and old insulation removed and new insulation installed.

I've worked with them for years and always get a great result. They cleaned the gutters and removed all the sticks and branches from the roof after the recent wind storm. They also replaced a vent cap and some trim on an attic vent that blew off in the storm. I highly recommend them as they are reasonably priced and get the work done when promised.

It went well. We had to reschedule once because it was too cold, but he communicated with me on the change of date. We had additional square footage beyond the discount coupon, but it was a reasonable charge that he gave me ahead of time. This is half the cost of what we paid another company last time, and we will use J&E again. The exterior of our white siding is now back to being clean.

They cleaned and inspected the gutters. They fixed several problems with the shingles bending a little bit from the recent wind storms. They corrected the problems with the shingles. This work was covered with their inspection and cleaning price. It was the same price they quoted.

Project went smooth. No problems. Would hire again.

Joe Harris replied to my original call in a very timely manner. He scheduled me but a snow storm came and I called to reschedule. He was very nice and, as the original date was on a Friday, I was scheduled for the next Monday. The repairman was on time, cordial, and efficient. All work was done as requested and very well. I especially appreciated the photos sent to me of the roof repair as I could not see from the ground. This is the second time I have hired J & E. The first time was to replace the chimney crown, mortar joints, and damaged ridge vent. I was very satisfied with that service too. I will definitely call J & E again.

Not sure, not able to check if gutters were cleaned. Person doing cleaning departed after 15 minutes.

They did quality work. Only suggestion I have is that they respond on a more timely basis.

J&E did a terrific job that was thorough and cost-effective. There were a few times things needed to be rescheduled due to weather and Joe from J&E was great about communicating and was extremely professional. J&E also was able to provide quotes on some additional services we needed and we have hired them for those items as well.
