Description of Work: Excellent job of cleaning the chimney. Very careful about the dirt. They noticed that I did not have caps on my chimneys and sold me units at a reasonable price and promptly fitted them.

Description of Work: They showed on time and did the work of cleaning the gutters and the chimney. I also had a cover installed (extra from the Big Deal) for an unused chimney. They offered the cover as a way to keep out leaves and such but weren't real pushy about doing it which I appreciated.

Description of Work: Company technicians assessed the job and provided an estimate based on the differences between the advertised service and what we defined during the inspection. They showed up when arranged and started work. Worked stopped when they encountered need for a re-assessment and a quote to fix the problem. Since the new problem required additional materials they returned the following day and finished the job. Although they were contracted to service only the second floor gutters, they also cleaned the gutters around the first floor at no additional cost.

Description of Work: I ended up not using them because another gutter cleaner was able to get out to my home more quickly. Bad weather was a factor in some of the scheduling, However, this is a review of the telephone customer service. The guy was very prompt in returning calls and professional over the phone. They were less expensive than the company that was able to come out quickly. Next year I may call this company earlier in the season.

Description of Work: They were wonderful. Joe called every time just before his guys came out and he called 5 minutes after they left to make sure I was happy with the work. He came out personally to show me where I had wood rot and offered a very fair and responsible price to fix it. I recommended them to 2 of my neighbors who also used them and were completely satisfied.
