Description of Work: He did a great job. Didn't think he could reach the high spots without a ladder but the high power washer did the best job ever. Service man was not lazy and made several trips around the house to change cleaning solutions as required folr several difficult spots. He went back several times to make sure everythikng was colmpletely cleaned. Worth every cent of what I spent and I will have them back the next time I need the house spray washed.

Description of Work: A worker used a power washer to remove grime on the white plastic siding of our two-story house. He missed a few spots, but quickly went back over them when I pointed them out. The house, which had not been washed for at least 10 years, now looks really nice. The discount price, an Angie's Special, and good ratings are what convinced us to book this company. The worker did a fine job. |J & E also gave us an estimate to power wash our deck for $400. We thought that was too much since we are planning to repaint it, so we'll opt to use a different company or do that part ourselves.

Description of Work: They inspected the roof and went down a checklist - a copy of which they left for me as I was not at home at the time - showing that all is well and no repairs were needed. A great sanity check plus peace of mind.

Description of Work: I originally bought a BIG Deal for a gutter replacement which would take care of a section of gutter which was not draining well. Before that work was completed I discovered a leak in my roof around an existing skylight so I called J&E to check that out as well. The work was scheduled and ended up being delayed by one day. My main complaint was that the work crew that came to do the work did not seem to have understanding of limited scope of the work and enough excess material was delivered to regutter my entire house.

Description of Work: I was satisfied with the service provided. It was for cleaning gutters and roof inspection. I gave a b for punctuality only because the service had to be rescheduled sevral times. Although, to be fair, the weather this winter was not very cooperative.

Description of Work: Power washed my house. Only real problem was they did not show up on the original scheduled date and did not call to tell me that they were not coming. I don't mind if schedule problems come up as long as I am informed. In this case I had to trak them down and reschedule. Otherwise satisfied.

Description of Work: Roof maintenance package from Angie's List deal. Repaired 2 loose shingles. Also repaired a leaky skylight that another provider failed to fix. Withstood 5 inches of rain in one day after repair without leaking. Good analysis of overall roof condition. Courteous staff member. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Mostly good experience, but we didn't know leaves were stuck in one downspout until a big rain two weeks later. They had to reschedule because of snow, and communication was excellent.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for leaf removal. The company cancelled on me three times, at least twice without calling to let me know. Finally, when I was about to request a refund through Angie's List, the owner himself came and cleaned my gutters. I wasn't bothered by the fact that they needed to cancel an appointment (or in my case, a few appointments) because it was mid-winter and the leaves in the gutter were frozen in ice so I'm fine with being flexible. I was upset because I was told that the workers would return later in the day when the leaves thawed out and then they never returned, and I never received a call or an email to let me know that they couldn't or wouldn't return. But in the end, the owner (Joe) actually called me and apologized personally for the missed appointments and offered to come out over a weekend and complete the job himself. He came as promised, and he did a really amazing job. So, for that reason, I would actually hire the company again. Joe explained that it was a period of "growing pains" for his company. I understand. The fact that Joe cared enough to come out and complete the job himself when his team could not do so, that speaks volumes about a company and how much their customers matter. So, thank you, Joe! Next time, I'll schedule my gutter cleaning BEFORE winter.
