Description of Work: power wash - it was the best ever done. My siding and deck looked brand new. In addition to the power wash, I will be using J&E for other services they provide in the future. |This was the first company I have used from Angie's list - the standard set by J&E will be tough for others to match or beat.

Description of Work: I emailed J&E to set up the appointment. He responded quickly, arrived on the appointed date and did the power washing. No problems at all. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Replaced falling gutter in front of house. They did a good job- when there were weather delays they made arrangements to reschedule.

Description of Work: The power washing went fine. The house looked pretty good. I asked for a receipt on the inspection which they were going to get to me, but I never received it. Otherwise good job.

Description of Work: We had J&E Home Services clean our chimney and gutters and we were thoroughly impressed. The chimney cleaning was done as scheduled but the gutter cleaning had to be rescheduled at least 4 times due to winter weather. J&E was very persistent in rescheduling the work with us despite the weather. I have already asked them to perform some other work for us based simply on the fact that they would stop at nothing to complete a small gutter cleaning job for us.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for chimney cleaning, house inspection and gutter cleaning. While they were running behind, I did receive updates from the company on the arrival time, as well as a follow-up phone call to ensure all services were completed.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and even sealed up a small nail hole in our roof while they were up there. We were so impressed with them and their work that we're considering using them for some additional work on our house.

Description of Work: I bought the $149 roof maintenance package. They came out and inspected it. I had one are that needed some attention, but it needs to be redone. It was not a maintenance type issue. He gave me a bid and took $200 off the bid price since I didn't really need any maintenance. Seemed very nice, knowledgeable, prompt, etc.

Description of Work: Good work for the price, would use them again for this service. The windows were a mess afterwards, not sure it's avoidable with a powerwash only.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List Deal for a whole-house pressure washing and inspection for $199, because there was a stain on the front of my house from bird waste that I was unable to remove myself. | |Unfortunately, the power-washing did not completely remote the stain from the bird waste. In addition, part of the siding in the carport didn't look like it had been cleaned and I never received any information from the inspection portion. I emailed J&E about the stain and it took a while to get a response and while he gave me a suggestion on how to clean the stain, he ignored the question about whether or not the power-washing was supposed to remove the stain. | |While I'm still not sure if power-washing was supposed to remove the stain, I am disappointed in both the responsiveness and the outcome of this "deal" through Angie's List.

Description of Work: They fixed a small leak on my roof, but to the best of my knowledge didn't do any of the other services offered in the package, like checking the entire roof for other problems, caulking where necessary. If he did, he didn't report back to me on what he had found. He took measurements to send me a quote for replacing my rolled roofing with shingles, but I didn't hear back with the actual quote. The gentleman was very kind and seemed knowledgeable about roofing, the repair he did was successful and we have not had any further issues with that section of the roof leaking.

Description of Work: Cleaned all the gutters and downspouts and checked the roof. Easy to schedule, did a great job and didn't recommend any additional unnecessary services (how refreshing).
