Also removed mold build-up from the concrete front porch. The worker was hard-working, friendly and completed the work in a timely manner.

Description of Work: This company did a chimney inspection and sweep. The only reason I wouldn't give them A's across the board was that they were later in arriving than promised (by about an hour). This mattered to me because it was a rental property and I don't live there - I had to wait around. They were responsive on the phone when I called about timing. The staff who performed the work were neat, informative, and courteous.

Description of Work: Two workers inspected my roof, replaced a couple shingles with extras that I supplied, and caulked around one attic vent where a board had moved.

Description of Work: Deal was for pressure washing and external home inspection. The service provider was in a hurry to get the job done (hot outside) only stayed for about an hour, was not thorough in covering the entire home. And never conducted the inspection. Additionally the solution used to clean the siding left the windows in terrible form. I've cleaned them 4-5 times and cannot remove the spots! The external inspection which was part of the deal was never completed.

Description of Work: I was disappointed that the workman showed up without a ladder to be able to reach the upper portions of the house. He tried hard to satisfy my request in certain areas. The Home Inspector called the day was to inspect and said he didn't want to climb on a wet roof and needed to re-schedule. I've not heard anything from Nice since that day.

Description of Work: The "deal" was for $200(?) gutter cleaning for $99.00. The service was rescheduled twice but would have rescheduled a third time had I not insisted. The gutter "cleaning" consisted of stiff-brushing the top of my gutter screening and blowing through the screening with a power blower. On the good side, the workman did tack down and caulk a couple of loose shingles. Polite crew, and efficient at what they did. I expected more (as in actually cleaning the gutters) but was not going to argue with a workman. Except for punctuality issue, I got $99.00 worth of service (given that $99 won't buy much anymore).

Description of Work: They checked the roof for any problems and resealed the chimeny around the water heater vent pipe. | |I gave a B rather than an A for punctuality because they needed to cancel my original appointment at the last minute. They were very punctual with the second appointment.

I just talked to them over |the phone but did not meet or see them so I have no way of knowing whether they were punctual or not |I can't say that I will use them again because I have no need of their services at this time. We moved out of the house. |But if the need arises then yes I will use them again.
