Description of Work: Did the job that I contracted for on time and thoroughly. I will have J&E powerwash my house every two years.

Description of Work: Cleaned very dirty roof gutters on two story house. Weeds were growing in the gutter. Inspected and photographed all areas of damage and quoted price for repairs. Much cheaper to repair than to replace gutters, and we plan to have them clean three times per year.

Description of Work: Very good communication from the company. They explained the process and updated as necessary. The team arrived as expected on the revised schedule (weather delay) and completed the tasks as expected leaving no mess behind. Inspection resulted in a quote for repair which was reasonable.

Description of Work: Chimney inspected and cleaned. Fireplace swept and vacuumed. Received an evaluation on code standards and recommendations for controlling creosote buildup.

Description of Work: J&E powerwashed our house based on the Angie's List deal that I bought. The service was as expected and performed promptly.

Description of Work: Bought a discount to have my gutters cleaned on my townhouse, they had been overflowing when it rained. I wasn't home when they came, so can't speak to specifics, but left a note that the downspout was blocked with leaves, and during the next rain, seemed to work fine! Also got an estimate a few days later, via email, on installation of gutter guards. I never spoke to anyone, was all done via email, which is the easiest way for me to communicate these days, so overall, was an easy process!

Description of Work: I purchased a $149 deal for a Roof Maintenance Package. The service went okay. My only issue with the service is that they came without me knowing they were coming. Luckily my daughter was home. She said the staff was nice. They left an estimate for more repairs. They also left a notice that they replaced some shingles. They were very responsive and sent me an email right after purchasing the deal. They asked if I would be available on certain dates and I told them I would not be but they came out anyway.

Description of Work: They never returned my message. Perhaps my 300 linear feet of gutters scared them away for a fixed price deal. If so, shame on them!

Description of Work: The roofers did an outstanding job evaluating and fixing roof but the admin. side of the company was confused, inefficient, sent me pix that were not my house & my first bill was a late notice, then when I paid, the tried tell me I did not pay. I got an apology from the owner, perhaps his secretary just need some more training. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Daniel and Jean did an excellent job of addressing various concerns I had about our roof. Their great efforts included: Checked for possible roof leaks. Resealed seal around furnace roof exhaust. Resealed roof flashing. Cleared blockage from gutter downspout. These two guys are a great credit to J and E. This is the second time we have used J and E's services and will definitely do so again in the future.
