Description of Work: They inspected the roof, replaced a piece of flashing, and sealed up some areas where water was leaking through. The worker was great and did a good job. He also pointed out one area which needed some further attention, and I hired the company to come back and fix this a later date.

Description of Work: Purchased a special off of Angie's list. It is clear that they overbooked themselves. They did not show the first time they said they would because of weather and then we were moved to the bottom of the list. The men who performed the work did not understand our gutters and made a recommendation that they should be replaced and how much that would cost. It was clear they didn't know what they were talking about. The gutters were cleaned, however.

We are very busy this time of the year and when we get rained out sometimes (as with your case) we get by the next week. You were by no means at the "bottom of the list". I am not sure what mean by not understanding the gutters and recommending new ones? The front gutters were pulling away from the fascia in several spots and a downspout was as well our recommendation was "Secure front gutters and Secure downspout" as you will see if you look back on our recommendations.
