Description of Work: J&E cleaned the gutters. They did fine. One area for improvement would be to sweep or blow gutter debris off of some of the walkways and into the yard. It would make the whole job a bit more professional.

Description of Work: I had another merchant follow up on J&E for another quote. Sticking a pole down the drain did not clear the drain which was J&E's method.. Water pressure did. The quote from the second dealer was much less than J&E. |Yes, I would not use or recommend J&E.

Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected the gutter and roof. Replaced front gutter. Discovered the crown on the chimney was cracked and repaired that at a later date. Extremely responsive and professional. This is the level of customer service that one expects and with them--- I received that service!

Description of Work: Did not show and did not call for scheduled appointment. When I called the next day, I was told that I was "on the list" to be called to reschedule because the technician was unable to get to all his appointments." Technicians were on time for next appointment, did the work satisfactorily and cleaned up after themselves. They subsequently emailed me a proposal for additional work that needs to be done on roof and chimney.
