Description of Work: Have rescheduled 3 times already due to weather/cold because they said the leaves will be frozen into the gutters. That assumes there is water in the gutters to be frozen, which probably isn't the case. Every time they reschedule, they push it back another 2 weeks. Since it's now the middle of winter, hopefully they will show up someday to do the gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: Company Called and scheduled my work for Nov 5th. Tech Called afternoon of Nov 5th to say they ran out of time and would be by on Nov 6th. Didn't come. The Company called on Nov 10th to discuss how my service went. I communicated thy it wasn't done. They arranged a 3rd appointment which was completed.

Description of Work: Downgrade in professionalism as the first person who came out failed to do what had been contracted for, knew this because he failed to identify and remedy several things I knew existed. Made a call and the office was very responsive and the next crew that came out when above and beyond. Very happy, but in using them again, I would be very specific about who I asked for.

Description of Work: Standard gutter cleaning. I had gutter covers so I had to pay an additional $50. After a few delays because of rain, the guys came out and did a great job. They provided estimates on repairs and new gutter covers as well.

Description of Work: We got a deal for a gutter cleaning and roof inspection. They were professional (we weren't there for the actual gutter cleaning) in calling and setting up the appointment. We were told they'd show up on a Friday afternoon. They did not show up until after 5pm. Ok because they did not need us to be present. My husband was briefly told the results of the inspection and told to expect an email detailing any issues. We didn't get the email for several days. But again, ok, since nothing it the report was something we had to address immediately. Overall, I am satisfied, but I'm not sure I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They did great. I will use them again. They were however over two hours late to the scheduled time.

Description of Work: Very professional, cleaned up perfectly when finished. Went up to the roof to check the chimney cap even in some pretty dicey weather. I'll certainly have them come back next year.
