Description of Work: I watch a worker blow out the gutter in back yard. Seeing that I am unable to climb a ladder to inspect the job, I have to hope it was done professionally. |I walked outside, spoke to the foreman (I guess), his first words to me was "oh, we didn't know anyone was home". |That made me suspicious. |Since the service, I have received an estimate of $1500 to do repairs to my roof.

Description of Work: Checked the roof for issues. Also, tightened up the roofing nails throughout. The guys that came out were very professional and ensured I was satisfied with their work. Great job!

Description of Work: They were supposed to fix some damaged bricks, but they would never answer the phone when you called to schedule, then when they finally called back to schedule an appointment, they cancelled 2 times the day before the appointment. After I cancelled the service and requested a refund, I had to go through Angie's list to cancel and it was past their 30 day window for cancellations; but Angie's list accepted the cancellation request and refunded the amount. It seems like this company might be rescheduling the appt's to get around Angie's 30 day refund. Not sure, but if other folks have the same experience and it is confirmed by Angie's list, it would seem that they are trying to scam folks into using their service or lose out on their payment for service. Only Angie's list would have the data to figure this out.

Description of Work: They cleared my gutters on the day scheduled. Did the work while I was at work. Provided pictures and an estimate for loose roof shingles. I was very pleased. Will likely have them back to replace my loose shingles and seal a drippy corner on one of my gutters.

Description of Work: They took almost 5 weeks to do services and left some stains on stucco. No follow up to ask if I was satisfied.

Description of Work: They came in for gutter cleaning and roof inspection/debris removal. They arrived on time and did not ring door bell or knock but proceeded to put ladder on side of house when I decided to go out and introduce myself. They still had questions about service that was purchased and I had to clarify again. The techs that came out (Benjamin & Jesus) were very polite and responsive to requests. After climbing on to the roof with a leaf blower and less than ten minutes later they declared they were done and getting ready to come down. I asked and they stated that the gutter was clean and the roof had no debris or damage. I asked them to check the downspouts and they blew air with the blower to show that they were clean. Maybe this is my first gutter cleaning job and my expectations were wrong. I had expected that they would use their hands to clean if needed and maybe use water to demonstrate that flow is not restricted. I also expected that they would have spent more time checking closely for damage of roof than the brisk walk they took on the roof. They seemed to be in a rush "we are busy" and I wonder what kind of quality job they would have performed if indeed my gutter needed cleaning or my roof had damage.

Description of Work: They did a great job and the servicemen were very professional and courteous. It took a very long time (something like 2 months) to get the work scheduled, though, because there were many weather delays and from what I understand they had a lot of customers to get to and not enough staff to do it more quickly.
