I purchased a non-discounted coupon for exterior home maintenance on February 24, 2017. Joe emailed me to reschedule three (3) times due to inclement weather. On March 24, 2017 (the third appointment), the technician (Phil) arrived to perform the work. He was punctual, courteous, and professional. All work was performed to my satisfaction.

It went well. I used the coupon I bought from Angie's List. This was for a rental that we had already moved out of. I never went back and checked, but we got our security back so I assume it was done well. It was done when they said it would be. I didn't have any contact with them because they did it while we weren't there.

As promised. He arrived on time, checked the gutters and said all were fine with the exception of one area, which he said cleaned out. Since I'm unable to climb onto the roof to verify, I took him at his word. I do note, however, that water no longer spills over the gutter in the one area he mentioned. Everything now looks well from ground level and I am pleased with his work. I'd definitely hire again!

They did a good job, but they did not clean up.

Job was performed while I was at work. When I got home, the first-flour gutters I could see from the second- flour were very clean.

It was pretty good. They also gave me quotes for chimney repair but I didn’t use them. They came in timely and they did the work so that was fine. The gutters are fine.

I didn’t use them. They gave the quotes at the same time as they did the gutter cleaning. The quality of their product is great and they took a picture and sent it. I believe that their quote was too expensive.

The company rescheduled on me four times and it took two months to get the work done! Three of the times was simply due to poor scheduling of their staff and work load and one was due to wind (so I was told). A professional company would apologize for not making on the scheduled day and perhaps try to make the following day, rather they would push it out 2-4 weeks each time, and I never knew when the delays would stop. I wish I knew upfront that the company was not able to perform the work in a reasonable amount of time. I feel it is inappropriate that they advertise on Angie's List with a coupon to gain business, but are unable to fulfill their obligations. I will never use this company for any services.

Service was rescheduled several times and still is not provided.

It was a very easy process and they performed a wonderful job. Inwill definitely use them again.

After receiving a "D" rating for not showing up twice to do the job, Joseph Harris emailed me offering to clean my gutters for free. I gladly accepted. He gave me an appointment 3 weeks later. On the eve of the appointment, he sent an email stating that they are unable to do the work due to freezing temperatures, even though on that day it was going to be 55 degrees, one of the warmest days of the winter . He unilaterally set the make up appointment for 10 days later. Of course, no one showed up on that appointment either. After the fact, in the evening, he sent an email stating that he was unable to do the job "due to weather and a project that ran WAY over" and would fully understand if I wanted to cancel!

Put me off for a month and a half, and never showed up or called. Really poor customer service. He evidently doesn't need the work. Tried to re-schedule to no avail. Thought Angie's List was better but I guess not. I'll call someone reputable.

I was contacted in a timely fashion, a date was agreed on and the individual showed up as promised and on time. He was very professional and I feel like I got my money's worth.

Didn't show up for date they picked and scheduled a month in advance. Paid $79 for gutter cleaning offer from Angie's List on 12/12/16. During purchase selected 2 dates from drop down calendar that appeared to show dates available for same week. Contacted next day by email telling me next available date was January 13th which I accepted. I requested that on the day of service that I be contacted with an ETA and was told Phil will call when he has an ETA. A month later on the date of service sent an email at 10:50 am requesting an ETA, 1:20 pm called and left a message requesting an ETA. 2:00 pm and 2:20 pm called and no answer. 2:50 pm called and left another message asking for call about ETA. In response received email reply to my 10:50 am email from Joe sent by him at 3:00 pm. Said they were running behind and if they didn't make it that day they would be by on the 18th, 6 days later. Received email sent at 4:32 pm that they weren't going to make it, since it's full dark by 5:30 pm by that time it was no surprise. I had stayed home all day because like many others I don't want people I don't know working on my house when I'm not there. If I had been contacted after my first email I could have accepted a re-schedule and gone about my business. But they didn't respond to my early messages, waited to the end of the day to let me know they weren't going to show and then tell me they would come 6 days later to do the work makes me suspect I wasn't even on they're schedule the day they had picked a month earlier. Cancelled cleaning, requested and received a refund from Angie's List that evening.

The work performed has excellent and the repairman Phil was very knowledgable and did a great job. My only other comment is that they cancelled my appointment and I had to continuously contact them to make sure they would come and perform the work.

They showed up, but we had no idea they were working until we heard some noise outside.

In the beginning, there were more than a few delays. There were a few weather cancelations, but there were more delays due to "not enough workers." These could be legit delays, but I had to wonder if I was getting bumped for other non-discount/coupon clients. We had some discussions if the work was done, but they provided some pictures of the work. I guess when I looked up to check a few days later, a bunch of other trees had lost their leaves for Fall at the same time.

Hard to tell. Was not there when done and not able to inspect work afterward because gutters to high to access.

They did the job, there were no problems.

It was okay. I didn't have too much to clean, they say that it was pretty clean. The only downside is that they offer me that they would send me a photo or picture or a video about the downspout because I didn't see when they clean it and they haven't sent me anything.

They were delayed by a month due to an accident and illness of employee. They said they'd credit my Angie's list account by $20 for other future services to compensate for delay, but that didn't seem to happen. If my account is credited, I'd consider using them again. Thanks.

It was the first time i had my gutters cleaned. I was not there when they did the work, but i had to call them to follow up on whether the work was completed. Maybe they should communicate a bit better. I think that they were professional. I think I would use them again.

I wasn't impress with them though to be quite honest, a guy showed up in a pickup truck with another guy and I was a home and I am sitting in my dinning room and I didn't see them upon of my gutters all in the front so I wasn't impress and they had ladders but I have an area in the back that has like almost three story because of the basement at the ground level and it's kind of much deeper and I don't think they did that so I wasn't that impress with them. It was very quick, there was no running water I didn't keep a ladder in a lot of areas and I was in the house the whole time they were doing it, so I was a little concern that they didn't have the equipment to do my gutters the proper way. I think they should have the ability to get up to the gutters, like I said I was sitting in my dinning room looking out in my front yard and I didn't see a ladder there, I think they did some gutter work that they could reach but I don't think the did it all. So I think they could have better ladders, have better equipment.

They were very thorough, sending us pictures of what they did. They noticed some other minor repairs on the roof that needed attention and took pictures of those things and gave us the cost to repair them. We agreed to have them do the work. There was a 2-week delay in the scheduled work. First a truck broke down, then a technician got sick. Both times I was informed by e-mail, so communication was very good.

I've scheduled it for December, use them annually. They are great.
