Description of Work: IAQM representative conducted a service check of my air conditioning system. The rep arrived on time promptly, was extreme professional, courteous and yet friendly. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and why. Definitely NOT pushy which would have turned me off. I would highly recommend using IAQM and was so impressed with their service, I have now scheduled a furnace maintenance check.

Description of Work: IAQ Medics was used for a Diagnostic Service Call to determine where our outside A/C unit was leaking freon. We used the Angie's list deal for $49. IAQ delivered great service by providing a leak detection included in the service call where other vendors charged an additional $200. They were able to show us the leak on our 11 year old compressor. After comparison shopping we hired them to replace our entire A/C system since the inside unit also was over 20 years old. We are happy with our new American Standard A/C system and IAQ did an excellent job at selling and installation. We look forward to working with them in the future since we the new a/c also included bi-annual service checks. We especially liked working with Jonathan, our salesperson, who was very professional and knowledgable while was not pushy (i.e., high pressure) for the sale. |
