The technician (Felix) was thorough and precise in inspecting, documenting and explaining the status of our HVAC system. We have used IAQ Medics for HVAC maintenance since the company was established and we could not be more happy. They also installed a new HVAC system a few years ago when our old one failed. All their technicians are well trained, experienced experts but Felix may be the best we've met to date. You will not be sorry if you use IAQ Medics.

Excellent, as always. I have two heat pumps (one of which was installed by IAQ). Britt was completely punctual, courteous, efficient, and skilled. He presented a comprehensive diagnostic assessment of all of the functioning parts of each system and replaced filters.

Technician on time and professional. IAQ is an awesome company and I would recommend them to anyone. Only reason I gave it a 4 this time was that the appointment was scheduled for yesterday, and no one showed up; however, IAQ rescheduled it for next morning, no problem. Actually is there was a 4.5 rating I would choose that.

Britt did all diagnostics and leak checks in a diligent professional manner. The AC Unit required a couple of pounds of R410a refrigerant to be added. And no condenser or evaporator units leaks found. He also checked a second Heat Pump/AC unit and found no problems. Bottom line. Britt took the time to be thorough and answered all need-to-know owner questions about operation and maintenance. He also came equipped with a good set of diagnostic tools to add confidence in the assessment and repair. It was a great experience to be both educated and and to have the cooling problem solved for peace of mind.

Everything went very well. The technician arrived on time, completed the work very efficiently and explained what the nature of the problem. The technician assigned to our job is excellent.

The work preformed was exceptional. They called 15 min prior to arrival. They talked to me and told me what they were going to do throughout the process. They showed me before and after photos. They cleaned up before they left.

Felix (tech) let me know when he would show up, was on time, worked through issues (getting background from previous work accomplished by IAQ) and provided a solution (need a part to be ordered) until the permanent fix is accomplished

The technician was courteous and thorough. No complaints there. Prices seem high for what needed to be done and when I asked about a discount I was told that these prices reflected a discount as part of the service plan we have. Seems to me that some of the labor could have been combined (took about an hour once we agreed to the work). Came to $731 for an hour's work.

Definitely made the right choice in picking IAQ Medics for the replacement of my AC and furnace. It started out with a great initial conversation with Adam, a technician who came out to clean our old unit and provided the quote for replacing the whole system. He was knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell me, and suggested the system that would meet our needs (plus, the quote was emailed the same day). Install was just a couple days later, led by Jonathan, who along with his partners, stayed from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm to install a new AC system and furnace and then make sure everything was working. A bad wire in the house meant a lot of extra work, but they worked diligently to get things up and running so we weren't boiling in the house on a hot summer day. Best of all, IAQ Medics have a terrific automated communication system where they will text and email you when the technicians or installers are on the way, along with a name and photo of who is coming by. The level of responsiveness of this company puts other service companies to shame. You can tell they have invested in technology to differentiate their business from others. Already seeing a huge improvement in cooling in our house now that we have a properly sized system for our home.

Jon and Ron were both excellent. In addition to doing a great job with installation of the large AC unit, they were professional and friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions and I learned a lot about how central AC works!
