Excellent service overall! Even called them again to fix my a/c when it wasn't working when the temperature shifted.

Dario was punctual, professional and very informative. He was happy to answer all of my questions and he was highly knowledgeable of my HVAC system. He did a thorough inspection and finished the work quickly. I never worry about the temperature in our house because the system that Indoor Air Quality Medics installed last year works so well! They are reliable and honest! I would not call anyone else!

The crew (2 men) arrived on time, and were very professional. Work took about 90 minutes. I asked them about dryer cleaning, which they did in about 20 minutes. They did not put on a and quot;hard selland quot; for the additional work.

Excellent work. One correction needed later, and they came back immediately and fixed it.

It went generally very well. They showed up on time, were courteous and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. I was not delighted that when they finished they shook the dust bag out in the street. They should dispose of that in a cleaner way.

The service turned out well. They did a good job. Our dryer vent was completely clogged and I had no idea. They pointed out a few things that I did not realize on the vent system. They were very helpful and instructional on the vent system.

I plan to use them again in the spring. I have used the owners service for a long time as we used him with a previous company. He does very good work and is very reliable. I have recommended him.

IAQ Medics were very professional from start to finish. They showed us our ducts prior to cleaning and after cleaning; wow, what a difference. While they were in the basement I happened to think about our dryer vent and asked about it. Since this job only covered duct vents they offered a $99.00 charge to clean the dryer vent. Glad I did; it was packed. Since then our dryer works so much better. IAQ Medics were amazingly professional and incredibly friendly and personalbly. Would highly recommend this company. My husband and I actualy enjoyed having them in our home.

From the first contact with IQAM, all services were performed with excellent professionalism. The team went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. When they arrived, exactly as scheduled, they used shoe protectors for all interior work and took care with floors and furnishings. They thoroughly explained each step in the process and reported the results of the cleaning. They moved very quickly and were very courteous. I have never been happier with a service.

The company called ahead and arrived on time. They (2 gentlemen) explained what they were going to do, asked me where each vent and return was, and set about doing the work. They were very courteous and professional. They were also very knowledgeable. They noticed that I had not had this type of work done before and indicated they had to cut holes in the furnace vents in order to provide the service. These were subsequently taped and they indicated this would make it easier next time. They did check the dryer and asked how old it was. Since it was very new - 2 years old, they indicated it was probably fine. They did not high pressure me into any additional services. They did recommend I get a better filter for the furnace, but did not pressure me into buying from them. It was a very pleasant experience. I am usually tense with service people, wondering when they will try to sell me additional services, but that was not the case here! I would use them again and recommend them to my neighbors and family.

It was a great experience, both workers were very polite and professional and did a great job of minimizing the mess. I would definitely recommend IAQ and we plan to have them back next year.

The IAQ Medics Team returned my call and scheduled the duct cleaning quickly. When it snowed on the day we scheduled, they called early to reschedule the date. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. My house was not affected one bit by the the work they did.

We took advantage of an Angie's list deal to clean our Ducts. The two technicians - Colin and Rick called in the morning and let us know they were on their way and gave the estimated arrival time from their GPS. Upon arriving in a torrential downpour they put on slippers over their shoes and began explaining the process. In short order they got to work very efficiently, locating and closing all vents and then made quick work of cutting into the system and attaching the vacuum. The entire time they were polite to my wife and I and were always explaining as they went along. After finishing the patched everything carefully and showed me exactly where and how. We were impressed enough with the that we gave them additional work on the spot and they gave us what I felt was reasonable price. I would definitely use them again and plan to get their air conditioning and heating maintenance service.

They were great. They arrived on time and kept the house clean. They were very informative about other problems I will need help with in the future. The were fast and made sure that we were aware of what they were doing the whole time so I could move my little baby(6month) old to another room to get away from the noise. We used a coupon from Angie's list. We have already made another appointment for them to come and give a full assessment on fixing of ventilation system layout.

I have a 3 level own home and this was my first experience getting the ducts cleaned. They were very courteous and professional. They called to say they were on their way and when they would arrive. Put shoe coverings on and laid down protective sheeting on floor areas. They had to cut open hole in HVAC unit system to access, but did seal it back up well. They left a little debris behind, but not significant. It only took about 1.5 hrs as I only have the one unit. They also changed my air filter, and offered up advice on maintaining system and how often to clean as well as dryer vent maintenance. .

The experience was extremely positive from start to finish. They arrived on time and as scheduled.

Started by being late. Was supposed to start between 12 and 2 PM, but did not not show up til after 3PM. Did call and tell us they were delayed. Techs showed up and were very nice and started right to work. Did seem in a bit of a hurry. Did not tell us that they had to drill holes in the ductwork til after the fact. After finishing job and leaving, we found a layer of dust that came from the ducts over everything in the house, especially the bathroom. The basement floor was so thick that it left footprints. Not sure they knew what to do with our house, because we have returns in every room, as opposed to one large return, which they asked to see. I told them there was not one return but numerous ones and they just seemed to not understand. I then showed them what I was talking about and they went to work. I also found black plastic pieces used to cover vents they did not clean up after finishing. Called owner (Dario) and told him I was not happy with the job. He was apologetic and asked me what he could do to remedy the problem. I told him to do a better job for the next customer. .
