Indoor Air Quality Medics

IAQM's Dario came out and checked my A/C unit to make sure it was running properly and efficiently. Dario gave me helpful hints and advised me on what I could do to make my A/C run better. Very professional and helpful.

******** AVOID THIS COMPANY******* I purchased this and was called the following day to schedule an appt. We agreed on a day and the lady asked if I only had one system. I said no, I actually have three systems. She then told me it was going to cost close to $1,000 for all three. The add they placed clearly stated whole house air duct cleaning and did not state a limit to the amount of systems you have. The woman agreed but said it was a typo and proceeded to tell me what it should have said. Long story short, the company refused to honor their and quot;Big Dealand quot;. Also, I have yet to receive a refund. Avoid this company at all cost. Spend your hard earned money on a company that deserves your business not some crooked company like this one.

Suddenly our AC was making lots of clanging noises. Since we had previously used IAQ Medics and had great service, we called them for help. Of course, this not anything planned for, Mr. Compain told us he squeeze us in. He came the next day, found the problem, replaced the broken part and then was out of here within an hour and a half. Great, great service; friendly; and explains everything. Would recommend them highly.

The team did a beautiful job upgrading the systems. They answered all of our questions about how to maximize the efficiency and reach our trouble zones. Our one issue, that we discussed with Dario, was the time estimate to complete the work. The estimate was one day to install all 3 pieces of equipment. The project shold have been estimated as needing nearly 3 days to complete because of the extent of upgrading that needed to be done. Dario handled our complaint/suggestion very professionally - which we really appreciated. We would definitely recommend them to our friends (and have) because of the quality of their work and the way in which they handled our complaint/comment. Very professional.

Thank you IAQ Medics for a fantastic job. The great service started when Kathleen answered my phone call and set up the service. She was very knowledgeable in explaining what IAQ provided. She then worked with me in setting up the appointment that worked within my schedule. Rick and Mark arrived on time, very cheerfully greeted me and put their covers on over their shoes explaining what they were going to do. I showed them around the house, indicating where all of the vents, supplies and returns were and where the Air Handler was located. They got right to work, effeciently, and explained each step in the process. They also told me that they would let me know if they ran into any problems. When the work was completed, they did a very thorough clean up, and Rick explained each thing they did. He also explained how to adjust the dampers for summer vs. winter, and I now feel as though I have a clear understanding of how the system works. It's the small details like that which give a homeowner the peace of mind and confidence to know when things are working properly, and when there is a problem. Additionally, the equipment that was brought inside my home was clean, they were neat and professional, and I am enjoying the immediate effects of them having provided the services that were scheduled for today's visit.

Technicians arrived on time; they were friendly and courteous. They explained what they would be doing and then got started. I did have to remind them that inspecting one of my AC units was part of the package. They informed me the unit was low on Freon. Although I had to pay extra for two systems, it's not a yearly expense and recommendation from technician was to clean again in 10 years so that made me feel better.

Darcy has been our technician for many years - always on time, polite and goes above and beyond. He was with a former company but when he started IAQ Medics, we had to go with him.

David, the IAQ service tech arrived on time, was professional as well as personable. His thoroughness is evidence to me that he takes great pride in his work. I would definitely use this company. Also uses shoe covers to ensure customer's floors are protected.

They called ahead to let us know they were on their way. The service men arrived on time and were professional and friendly. They wore covers on their shoes to protect the carpet and were careful not to damage anything as they cleaned the vents throughout the house. We had a problem with excessive dust in the house and I hoped that cleaning the vents would help the problem. We have lived in the house for 14 years and the ducts have never been cleaned. Dust would settle back on furniture within minutes of cleaning. Since they cleaned all of the vents the dust problem has pretty much disappeared. We are happy we decided to have the ducts cleaned. It was well worth the price. IAQ did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

Dario was on time, took precautions to keep our house clean, he installed a far better filter than we had been using. He did an excellent job maintaining the entire system, He was happy to answer all my questions.

IAQ Medics did a great job. When out A/C unit burned out in August, they were able to quickly get a new unit and do the install on both a new A/C and a new furnace. They worked all day long, including a good time in the rain, to get the new system up and running. They also come out and do semi-annual maintenance under their service agreement. We are very satisfied with their services and their friendliness.

Provider responded promptly to schedule work and arrived on time; they did an excellent job of scheduled work and also provided an estimate for cleaning dryer vent. All work was outstanding and all provider employees were professional and courteous. I would use this provider again and would certainly recommend to family, friends, and neighbors.

I recently purchased this house and contacted IAQ medics because I was noticing a fine layer of dust on the floors/furniture. Rick and Mark were professional and I appreciate the fact that they wore foot booties to not track dirt in the house. They cleaned the air ducts, dryer vent and all the registers. They answered all the questions that I had. I am no longer having a problem with the dust in the house and would use them again in the future.

Dario was extremely responsive, courteous, on time and explained everything he was doing in an easy to understand manner. Very professional and would definitely recommend him!

I met with Darin and discussed needs and price. A date was set for install. Mark and Rick arrived on time, did a professional job, and left the area clean upon departure. Returned to do duct cleaning. Courteous, professional, and polite.

Very well. Dario was punctual, friendly, open, and helpful. I really appreciated how neat his appearance was and that he covered his shoes before coming into the house (especially as another contractor here that day was covered in dirt and dust, smelled of smoke, and tracked dirty boots all over the house). He got the job done quickly and explained what he was doing. He had some recommendations for further work that could be done on the water heater but did not press me to have him do it, which gave me confidence that his assessment was truthful and not just trying to squeeze more money out of me. A very good experience and I look forward to hiring IAQ again.

Dane is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. He does a great job and always offers honest advice-I would highly recommend him.

Dario was scheduled to arrive between 1-3pm, and arrived right at 1. he was thorough, professional, and answered all my questions. I could not be more pleased with his work. A-one service all the way.

Tech arrived a little late, but called and said accident had backed up traffic. Inspection was done efficiently and quickly.

Dano is wonderful. I called with an emergency at our rental unit and he arrived within 2 hours. They are knowledgeable and very dependable.
