After getting unit diagnosed with a failed compressor and failing fan motor decided to put the cost of repairs into a new unit. Started getting some quotes and through some fortunate circumstances these guys were able to come out right away to give me an estimate. Rep came out explained they do a lot of installs for my particular type of HVAC unit. Estimate was the best priced and they were able to install the day after I called to schedule. Even better the install could be done without having to be at the unit since it was in a outdoor closet on the first floor. So far so good. Units been running with no issues and the installation was done as promised. Will keep them in mind for any future HVAC needs.

After I got 3 bids from other companies I chose IAQ for several reasons: They were not only the most cost-effective by far, but also I felt that they would give me the best value. We discussed our needs and issues with the old system. They offered to move the location of the outdoor heat pump so that the dryer vent would not adversely affect it and put the unit on a pad to prevent corrosion. Their bid included an Angie's List and Veteran's discount, and they included a year's maintenance (2x/year) not only for the new system but also for our second system in the other part of the house. Their technicians were incredibly polite and efficient and completely cleaned up after finishing the installation. After using the new system for a few days I called them back to address a high-pitched but very subtle vibration emanating from the return vent. A tech came out the next day and fixed it immediately. I am extremely impressed with all aspects of the service we have received from this company.

I bought an Angie's List coupon for water heater maintenance. Scheduling was easy, and the technician was knowledgeable.

It was really not good. The technician came in winter and it was a little bit cold outside. The reason I purchased it was because I believe the service said, "One pound of Freon gas free." He did not put Freon. He said that the weather was cold outside and so he could not measure it. That was not true because, recently, in this kind of weather, I called another HVAC technician, for my other home. He measured the Freon and he put the Freon in, in this kind of cold. At the time, it was not that heavy cold. So, basically, he had no intention to put Freon on my compressor outside. So it was really not good. It was a waste of money for me. There were no additional charges. I found out that whoever came was not responsive or friendly. This was the first time I used them. One technician came out. He was in professional uniform.

Apologies on any misspelling of names, I don't have my paperwork in front of me, but Brandon and his install guy did a great job. Brandon was the first guy to come to our rescue Monday evening when my heater died. He gave my unit a good look, even called in the part number needed for my dead module and worst case scenarios of getting the parts needed to fix and the work entailed to fix the issue. He also gave recommendations for replacing the entire HVAC. I'm happy with the choice to do a complete redo of the HVAC. It was nice and toasty in the house last night :). The guys did a great job in keeping my basement clean and free of debris; we have a nosy dog and surely didn't want her finding any remains of sheet metal. I'm glad IAQ was the company I called; they surely did come to my rescue and glad all was fixed before this snowstorm touches ground in our area. Thanks IAQ :)

Top-notch Communication and Responsiveness Dario, the business owner, consistently responded to all our questions in a very timely manner. Several other contractors would promise responses and then you'd never hear back. Dario always returned our calls the same day. When we left a message on the office voicemail on a Saturday, we were surprised to receive a return call an hour later. None of our conversations felt rushed and Dario provided excellent explanations of technical issues. He thoroughly explained the work required, the costs, and the timing. His warranty was the best we came across. The Best Technical Solutions IAQ Medic provided the best technical solutions. Dario was focused on helping us find the best system for our house. Whereas other contractors were just focused on the easiest solutions for themselves, Dario was focused on ensuring we had a comfortable and reliable HVAC system. To that end, Dario was the only HVAC contractor that suggested enlarging our upstairs air return, which has noticeably reduced temperature variability in our house. High Quality Installation Chris and Brian were the technicians that did the installation work. I've rarely seen such dedicated contractors. Given the size of our job (an oil to gas conversion with lots of non-standard connections), they did not take any breaks to ensure we would have heat the same day. They worked for 11 hours straight. Wrapping up in the evening, they still took the time to thoroughly vacuum and clean the work area and the path to the work area. The installation itself is very clean. Wires are bundled, zip-tied, and neatly tucked out of the way. It looks so good, I show off my HVAC closet to visitors. The Unforeseen During the installation process, we discovered some unusual wiring issues. A key junction box was hidden behind drywall and the wires were done incorrectly/dangerously. Dario and his team did a very thorough examination. They involved us in the discussion about possible solution and the varying levels of effort. In the end, we came up with a cost effective and safe solution. I really appreciated their great communication and their hard work. I honestly believe that selecting IAQ Medic resulted in a better installation and more comfortable home. I trusted Dario and his team delivered. I recommend his company to family and friends

They went above and beyond by providing my tenants with portable air conditioning units to mitigate the hot temps while the job was being completed. AWESOME JOB !!

Indoor Air Quality Medics was extremely prompt in scheduling our maintenance. The technician showed me the maintenance he was performing, and he was courteous and professional.

It went very well. Provider was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Provider made other recommendations but was not pushy about those recommendations. Provider took the time to explain all work performed.

Multiple employees involved; all were professional, courteous, patient in answering any and all questions, knowledgeable, punctual, and trustworthy. I was told up front that I should seek other vendor's quotes and I would find cheaper prices, but I decided to stay with them for their honesty and proven service through their semi-annual service plan. Highly recommended.

Jonathan from IAQ was prompt, professional and immediately assessed the problem. Our former HVAC service provider (who we fired yesterday) had determined we needed a new Thermostat and then never showed up and wouldn't come out to fix our HVAC even though we had a service plan. The actual problem was a fuse that had blown and Jonathan fixed the unit and made sure there were no other problems and we were good to go. We really appreciate having heat again and the work Jonathan did for us!

I have scheduled an appointment for the technician to come over. They initially gave me an 8-10 am slot. I told them that I have a meeting in the morning and if they can come in first thing at 8:00 am. The receptionist said yes and the appointment was scheduled. I even called one day before to make sure the technician would arrive promptly at 8:00 am and I was told mine was the first appointment in for the technician and there should be no problem. On the appointment day, I waited until 9:00 am and called the company since the technician did not show up. The receptionist did not know where the technician was and was very rude over the phone, said that she cannot promise anything, but the technician may be there by 10:00 am and started saying that we have two hour windows for appointments. I said, "I understand the two hour window for appointments, but you told me that mine was first appointment and he should arrive by 8:00 am." She denied ever saying that. One of their best technicians quit and the guy who came in spring was just average and he was trying to sell a bunch of other things. The receptionist said she would have the owner call me and the owner never called and this shows that the owner doesn't care about customers. I had bought $99 annual service plan. With this bad experience from their front desk personnel and not so great service experience in the spring, I am cancelling their annual service contract and will find another provider on Angie's List.

They did come to to my home and they did not do everything the coupon advertised. They misdiagnosed the problem. He was courteous but he didn’t fully diagnose the problem like he should have in my opinion. I could have probably solved the problem on my own just by reading online. There was something about the Freon charge and he did not check it. He just assumed what he thought to be true was true. I asked him to check the Freon and he did it upon me asking. Rather than coming out with an actual checklist of basic things to run through, he kind of did it from memory. In my mind you kind of over looked things if you don’t have a check list to go by. The condenser wasn’t bad and did not need to be replaced. It just seems out of hands for him to do a 10 second diagnose. I don’t think it was super professional, I think it was average at best. It would have been nice if he had an official list. He was ok but I was not impressed by him and he did an average job. He was professional in him demeanor but not the work.

The compnay is extremely professional. They expained everything clearly. Their installers are excellent. I was very pleased.

First got to know them through angie's list and since then using them; recently signed yearly maintenance service and their technicians are on time and very professional and at the end will provide detail analysis and work done; will use them in all my services going forward.

They were very fast and efficient.

They arrived exactly at the time scheduled and introduced each of the workers before they entered the house. They wore shoe protectors while in the house and cleaned up any and all dirt that came from the ducts as they went. Prior to the start of work they explained what they were going to do and how they were going to accomplish the cleaning. The workers were neatly dressed and very polite.

I?m currently renting a condo unit and we had some complicated and stressful problems with our HVAC unit. When I called IAQ Medics the individuals I spoke with at the call center were OUTSTANDING. They were extremely professional, patiently listened to my questions and issues, and answered all my questions. Also, if they couldn?t answer a question, they spoke an A/C tech and relayed his answer to me. The customer service I received from IAQ Medics was EXCELLENT. When the IAQ Medic HVAC tech arrived at my rented condo unit, he called me and explained everything that needed to be completed. It was big relief to hear that the issues were not as bad as we thought and within minutes the problems were resolved. In addition, a couple of days after the service was completed I was able to call the IAQ Medic tech and ask him for other advice on future maintenance for the HVAC unit. Overall the service I received from IAQ Medics was OUTSTANING, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, and SUPER!!! I highly recommend IAQ Medics for any HAVC service.

This is a company you can trust. If you have an issue with an employee call the company directly. They respond quickly and will do their best to keep you as a customer. I am impressed that the owner of the company himself called me to see what the issue was.

I tried to contact the servicer and left messages. Told them I got their number through Angie's List, and by the time they got back to me which was three or four days, their boss told me the deal was over on Angie's list and I had to pay almost 4 times what the deal was on Angie's list.
