Experience was excellent - when shopping around for a HVAC company spoke with Sarah who was polite and answered all my questions completely. She said she was new but was very knowledgeable about IQM. She convinced me I should work with IQM Felix the technician was top notch. He arrived on time, pointed things out, made suggestions about our HVAC system, and answered my questions thoroughly.

Felix did a fantastic job of explaining what the problem was and going over each aspect of the fix and cost. Any issues with my HVAC system in the future I’ll be calling Indoor Air Quality Medics.

Outstanding! Appointment set online, several reminder emails sent to me re: date/time. A call from the Tech assigned to say he was on his way and an email from the office WITH THE TECH’S PICTURE- alerting me to his arrival. He evaluated the system, repositioned a sensor, replaced the filter. I renewed my service contract (no pressure to do so) it is merely peace of mind and reduced rate…and the payment, receipt, etc. all done on his laptop! This company knows what the words SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM mean and they live it. BRAVO

Obtained multiple estimates for a planned replacement of my ~15 year old Carrier A/C and ~23 year old Trane gas furnace with a new heat pump and gas furnace system. I was primarily interested in American Standard and Trane systems. Dario, the owner of IAQ Medics came by for their estimate, and I was impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail of his survey and estimate. He didn't try to up-sell me to a more expensive variable speed furnace I was considering, and explained why it was not necessary, but also maybe not a good idea. He provided the primary estimate and a secondary estimate (A/C only - no heat pump) within minutes of completing the survey. In the end, IAQ Medics price wasn't the lowest, but it was close, and included an upgrade to current code that several other estimates had neglected to include. Because of the attention to detail on the estimate, and the superior ratings on Washington Consumers Checkbook, I decided to go with IAQ Medics. I asked for a slight heat pump upgrade (Silver 15 to Silver 16) Dario said it was unnecessary, but wouldn't hurt, and the price increase was acceptable to me. I signed the agreement, and arranged payment and installation. Installation was scheduled within 10 days of the agreement, and went smoothly, especially considering the upgrade to current code. Crew was friendly and helpful. Clean-up was good also; old equipment haul away and disposal was included. Now, more than a month later, system continues to work well, with the heat pump primary on cool days, and the gas furnace kicking in seamlessly on the few colder nights. A/C now working well on warmer days. Not having to change system from cool to heat on the new thermostat appreciated during this crazy spring. The significantly reduced noise of new units, both inside and out, is also appreciated. No experience yet on utility bills, but I expect a slight improvement (old systems had decent efficiency, so it won't be dramatic). Overall, one of the best home maintenance/improvement experiences I have had. Hopefully, the scheduled maintenance will also be as good. Highly recommend IAQ Medics, Dario, and his team.

Fantastic as usual. This is the BEST HVAC company EVER! They are honest , great customer service and know exactly what they are doing. I have been with them for years and they have been excellent each time.

Adam - Showed up on time for a general maintenance job on my house AC unit. He found the condensation filter needed to be changed, had one in the van and swapped it. He also found the condesation fan was wired incorrectly, fixed that as well. He was all set and done in 45 minutes tops. The man was kind, funny and humble, over all professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to hire an AC repair technician.

Technician identified and corrected a few issues. He was extremely polite and I had full confidence in his technical skills.

Technician recommended installation of separate unit in a room temperature issues. He failed to identify there was an existing blocked duct vent already in the room. I followed advice and contracted for work, then told them I needed HOA approval. They pressured that they could find a solution that would meet HOA needs and tried to get me to install without the approval. In process of trying to work solution, the duct was found. The company still demanded to retain 30% restocking fee despite their professional not having identified the existing duct. $1500 for zero work accomplished.

We utilized them for a service. They took our payment. 2 weeks later said they had a problem with their system and they needed to redo the payment. I stated I would check to make sure no payments processed through our bank, and would call them back the following day. They proceeded to call me 2 more times within 24 hrs because I was not checking fast enough for them. Unfortunately, we all have lives and cannot drop everything to check. When I expressed this to their management team they stated it wasn’t excessive. They would call however many times.

Tech did excellent job cleaning up water leakage in heater and successfully restarting heater. Could not have asked for better service.
