It went very smooth. They're a great company. The installed, previously, a whole home steam humidifier, then after that experience, I had them do my regular maintenance checks. They're just a very professional company. For this project, basically, they came in, they told me what was going on with my units, recommended replacing them both because they were older and not functioning well and gave me some options, I selected an option, and they came in and completed everything in one day like they said that they would.

I talked to them on the phone first and had a good conversation. Then I had them come over and they evaluated everything and they installed the humidifier and everything has been great. It works wonderfully. This is the experience as to why I liked them the first time. They were very good.

Our water heater is nearing replacement but there was no high pressure sales to replace my unit. I would highly recommend IAQ services again. Very professional.

Price included heating and ac, as well as installing a hot water heater. They had to do some pretty significant work. They came as a team of like five people and worked until they got it done. You know your house is down so that was nice. Took them less than a day. It was probably a good six hours. They were very thorough.

They are gold star. They are really good. I've recommended them to several of my neighbors and they have used them too. We use them in spring and fall. I have a service contract with them. Excellent service. The service personnel are very cordial. They have tenure with the company so when they come they know exactly what they are doing and why they are coming. So you don't have to go through the whole speil every time. When they come, the cover their shoes, so they are respectful to your home. There's nothing they could do to improve their service. It took them about an hour to complete the job.

This company is top notch for customer service, & responded promptly to helping me out when my furnace died during the 3 day cold snap we had in early January 2017. The owner contacted me quickly on a Saturday to get someone over to my house to assess my situation with my 20 yr. old heater. I decided to invest in a new furnace & ac unit, since mine was rusted & corroded from 20 yrs. of service. Dario got me a quote quickly, helped me obtain financing with 0% interest, and I had my new furnace installed on Monday. They will definitely be my go to guys for servicing my furnace/ac & water heater. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service, & their can do attitude.

We bought coupon for "Whole House Duct Cleaning." We took that on face value and it's how we compared this company to others. When techs arrived, they wanted to charge us double to duct clean our "whole house". I showed them the coupon we bought that said "Whole House" so they suggested I call the office. When I spoke to the office, they guided me to fine print that limited "whole house" to "one zone". Turns out, we have two zones. So we ended up paying nearly double what the advertised price was. (They gave us a slight discount on 2nd zone but instead of paying $389 for whole house duct cleaning, we paid about $750). Moral of the story, check the small type that may be hidden on following pages (see ad)....or Angie's List and the company should be more honest up front and advertise "$xxx for one Entire Zone." When techs were leaving, we saw they'd missed a large duct return vent in family room that was full of a couple years of dust. They'd already packed equipment but we caught them before they drove away. They apologized and were bringing in an air sprayer to reach the vent (it was about 10' up) and I started to pull out a couple of sheets to cover the furniture so it wouldn't get dirty/dusty while they cleaned. They told me I didn't need to. Then they began to power air spray the duct and blew that dirt all over the family room and adjacent kitchen--covering furniture, carpeting and my uncovered upholstery with dirt and a layer of dust. The kitchen, breakfast room and family room were enveloped in a dust cloud which spread throughout other parts of the house. It was honestly shocking to see. Due to allergies, I'd left the house when they first arrived in case any dust was stirred when they were cleaning. Unfortunately what they did at that last minute negated everything. It was a mess. Finally, in the store room where we have the major unit they worked on, there's a small pipe in the middle of that room that goes floor to ceiling. We've lived here 5 years and never had any leak whatsoever. We noticed a few days after they worked in that room, that pipe was leaking--a pipe that could have easily been bumped while they were working in there if they weren't careful. It may be just coincidence that a pipe that never leaked, now leaks right after the work, but to ensure there can be no question, we suggest you have someone stay with techs while they are working in your home. We aren't complainers and never written a negative Angie review, but when Angie asked us to rate this company, we couldn't ignore what happened. I'm sure they're generally good based on reviews we've seen. We just had a bad experience.

Excellent. Knowledgeable, skilled professional made adjustments for best installation to HVAC ducting. IAQ also did a good job with the original installation. Dehumidifier failure was a manufacturer defect.

The technician was punctual and very professional initially, he checked out the air intake portion and whatever is in the wall behind it with the heating unit (electric, no furnace no gas). He was concerned about some water build up and worked for 15 minutes to ensure that it would drain properly and there would be adequate space for it to pool if there was another blockage. We then went down to look at the AC unit itself, I knew that the coolant line's insulation was a litrtle torn from my initial home inspection, but the technician also told me that I was dangerously low on coolant, on refrigerant. He told me the refrigerant ran about $50 a pound and I would need about four pounds totaling $200. The '******** alarm' in my head immediately started blaring so I thanked him for his time, informed him that I had a warranty that would replace it once it failed to function properly, and that was that. I don't know anything about HVAC, but $200 to replace 'refrigerant' as a precaution was way too obvious a scam for me to fall for. Maybe I am wrong, and if I am then I will apologize and change my review, but I would not recommend to friends and family.

We had a refrigerant leak in our old system, which was the better part of 20 years old. My wife and I did the leg work, and coordinated to have 9 different HVAC companies provide estimates for system replacement. Dario provided the best estimate, which included work that other companies did not even mention in their estimates (putting the outdoor unit on risers and leveling, installing drain pan with safety cut-off switch, clear drain tubing and easy cleanout with secondary safety switch, skuttle air cleaner unit, and a programmable Wi-Fi thermostat). We signed the contract the same evening, and financed half of it. The installers arrived on time, and left the work site clean. After the install, Dario returned a couple weeks later to ensure we were happy with the work, and checked the installation work. My wife and I are very pleased with the level of service provided by this company, and would recommend them to anyone.

Great, bought a coupon for a water heater flush and safety inspection. Service provider did not up charge and was fast and punctual.
