IAQ is a great company to work with...they are very responsive and all the technicians are very knowledgeable about the HVAC systems. I've even had them clean all my ducts which has eliminated so much dust and helped to lessen my allergy issues.

Amazing!!! Cameron and Joe showed up during the 2 hour arrival time frame I had scheduled and I received a text and personal phone call when they were 30 minutes away. They took incredible care moving the old system out of my home and replacing with the new system. They explained every detail about what they were doing, and went over how to use the new thermostat, and HVAC as well as all of the warranty information and papwrwork. They ensured we were completely happy with our new system and overall experience. I swear my home and yard where they worked was cleaner than when they arrived!!! SO happy with Cameron and Joe and everyone at IAQ Medics who put professionalism, courtesy and customer satisfaction ahead of any other company i have had to deal with over the many homes due to military moves!!! I am a IAQ Medics client for life and you would be crazy to gamble with any other company!

Technician arrived exactly on time, explained every aspect of the work to be done and made useful suggestions for extending the life of my water heater. Very pleased with the service and will definitely hire again.

The service tech that came out was amazing he was knowledgeable, polite, helpful and on time. Will definitely use them for all my water heater needs. In my opinion the worst kind of tech is one that says I don’t know, it makes me worry, he never said that he knew the field extremely well even some other things like HVAC system. I sincerely extremely recommend them.

Jonathan came out today and performed a professional assessment. He was extremely courteous and efficient in assessing the situation and advising a possible corrective. We were very satisfied with his visit as well as the overall quality of IAQ's service and support and would highly recommend them.

The technician arrived promptly and completed the work professionally. And the company did an amazing job of letting me know when he was coming (via email, text and phone calls).

Although the system needs to be replaced, the technician got it going for the time I needed because I was going out of the country.

IAQ is amazing! We have used IAQ to service our HVAC units in fall and spring for several years and they have always been amazing, but when I noticed a water stain in my upstairs hallway ceiling just before 5pm on a Thursday I called IAQ to set up an appointment. Drew answered the phone and was so courteous and was able to get me a next day appointment with a 2 hour window. I was immediately sent a text confirmation for the appointment. When the service technician was 30 minutes out I received a text with the technicians name and photo as well as a phone call from the technician himself to confirm he was 30 minutes out. Exactly 30 minutes later, service technician Troy arrived! The care and time Troy took from putting shoe covers on when entering my home, to letting me explain the situation, to figuring out what was happening and explaining that to me was phenomenal. He was able to give me 2 different estimates and answered all of my questions. When I called the office and spoke to Drew to schedule, he gave me several appointment options for install of a new HVAC system and finance options. There is no company I would trust more to maintain, service, or diagnose our HVAC system. As a homeowner and a realtor, it is so important to have a company as stellar as IAQ to be able to refer friends, family and clients to.

Extremely well - we're very satisfied with the service provided by IAC Medics and even signed a service contract to insure that we can call on them at a moment's notice to service or repair our system. Jim and Dillon did a great job! The company was very good at communicating the appointment details before their arrival. I appreciate the care taken to be efficient and thorough. We had issue with blower assembly making noise with our 12 year old HVAC. Troy Bright did a Great Job and took time to explain the Technical details. Excellent, Dario was very professional and throughly explained the different systems and process of the removal and install of the system. Laid cloth tarps on the floors and wore booties on their feet to ensure my hardwood floors were preserved. All areas worked were cleaned prior to departing. Im one happy customer.

It was better than expected and I hired him to do the job. He has the best deals, warranties and was able to get me on the schedule quickly. His professionalism and knowledge really was refreshing and helped me make my decision as to what unit I needed since I had to replace my 20 year old system inside and outside. Thanks Dario!!

Here are a few of the things that impressed me: - attention to detail at every step of the project is a company policy, not something I had to nag about or pay extra for. - extremely informative, knowledgeable sales staff - quick response time when we had a question or problem - fastidious care for keeping my house clean throughout their work as well as when they left - low prices that included annual maintenance for a year for free (I appreciated that they stand behind their work like that). - employees that obviously enjoyed working for the company, which indicates it is a healthy organization with sound management and results in great satisfaction for the customer When you are choosing a new HVAC system, you are really choosing a provider who is going to be in your home regularly. IAQ Medics is one provider I am grateful and honored to have service our home.

On Labor Day we lost hot water and IAQ was able to send us a tech same day when we called. Brandon was our tech and was prompt and professional. After 32 years, our water heater finally died. They were able to install a new water heater a couple days later. This company and their techs are courteous and explained everything before, during and after installation. They even texted me when the tech was en route. Would highly recommend this company

We have been very pleased with Indoor Air Quality Medics services. Rex called before he arrived, arrived on time. He explained everything he was doing, very knowledgable, friendly, will definitely continue to use them for our heating and AC.

He cleaned gunk out of the pump and made sure it was functional. Gave me an estimate in case the pump needs replacing later. He arrived within the promised time window and finished the work quickly.

Technician was Troy Bright. Before arrival, he called me and texted me. He arrived within the scheduled time window. He fixed our 10+ years old A/C on a very hot and humid summer day. He was courteous and professional, and not trying to push us to replace the old system.

Troy was right on time and worked until the job was done. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Troy was very neat with his work and cleaned up after himself completely. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a contractor. I feel that not only was the job done to my satisfaction but, as a real estate agent, I feel like I can truly recommend this company and Troy to my clients. Great job. These guys are really solid. Explained all the advantages of the Nexia, checked around the house to show how it will impact the main floor as well as the basement. They also installed our 2nd system. Did an outstanding job with that difficult installation.
