The experience from estimate to installation was smooth and painless. Had gotten estimates from other companies and found this one to be the best overall value. Communication throughout was excellent. Before the installation got a call when they were heading out and picture in a text of the technician. The installers, Kameron, Joe and Reggie were great, very professional. Took care to keep area clean and clean up when done. Wouldn't know they had been there except for the new system. Also, took time to explain the process and when done walked through what was done and how things work. Very impressed.

Everything was very simple, from scheduling to payment. This company has the best communication I have ever experienced for this type of work. Service was great and on time. I will use this company again in the future.

Brandon(tech) was great. Showed up at the beginning of the time window, and provided thorough troubleshooting. Didn’t have the part, but returned later in the day and completed the job.

Great-Brandon arrived and within 5 minutes had the furnace running again. He stayed awhile to triple check the system. Nice to see Brandon back at IAQ, thank you for a job well done.

Rex was on time, friendly and professional. He checked out the heat pump system and answered all of my questions. I really like the way IAQ Medics uses technology. They called and emailed to remind me that my winter checkup was due. In addition to other reminders and follow ups, I got a text message in advance with Rex's pic. I highly recommend working with this company!

Brandon Thomas did an excellent and thorough job. Explained what he did and why. Sold me on the quality of this business. I decided to take a detailed maintenance contract with his firm. Very pleased with all work and costs.

Technician was courteous and knowledgeable

The 1st technician that came out sucked. (Benny Cusati). Charged me 60 bucks and said change my air filters. After changing air filters the tempurature dropped another 5 degrees. I called IAQM and told them about the situation with the 1st technician and they sent someone out the next day. The 2nd technician that came out was great. (Brandon Thomas). He cleaned the flame sensor and now the heat is pumping out. I would definitely hire IAQM again, but don't let the 1st impressions turn you away. They corrected the oversight of the 1st technician and made it right.

Did well but over-charged for a minor work.

Brandon, the technician wifi enabled our thermostat, something we were never told about by any of the previous technicians in the four years we've had our American Standard system. It is now possible to remotely troubleshoot it through IAQ medics. From now on, Brandon is the only tech I'll use!

Rex was our service technician. He was EXCELLENT! On time, informative, fast and very friendly.

Indoor Air Quality Medics arrived promptly on 1/4/19. His report stated: "Performed heat maintenance on both systems. Checked filters and humidifier pad both items was replaced, inducer and blower motors, burners, flame sensors, and all electrical connections. Recommendations are as follows; inducer motor for main unit downstairs and a steam humidifier for same unit. Systems operating at this time." He said that the induction motors were drawing too much current and recommended (and later sent a formal proposal) for 2 new induction motors for $2200. I watched him test the current on the ground floor system and, as a PhD physicist, I could see that the device was measuring the magnetic field around the induction wires but it was too close too other wires and would thus read too high a current. I had another HVAC provider check out the system a few days later and found both induction motors were not drawing too much current.

Perfect. On time - gave quick overview/brief - moved in equipment and got to work. Right on time and kept me advised of their effort when I walked around and watched them - at times. Courteous, efficient and well done!

This is an update to my earlier review - 12/20/2018 Dario- owner of Indoor Air Quality Medic, after hearing our complaints online, personally reached out to us through email and wanted an opportunity to correct our earlier experience with them. Dario was very professional, punctual and responsive in catering to our request. He was also very technical and did the Water Heater Flush and Safety Inspection, himself at our property- free of charge. His quality of service and his relentless effort to prioritize his customers concerns is greatly appreciated.

Rex arrived right on schedule. He changed my furnace filter and cleaned the unit. He was very personable and professional. He also put booties on his shoes as to protect my floors. He explained everything he was doing and even changed my dampers so we would be more comfortable on our main floor. Then he adjusted my thermostat so we would stay warm, but not use as much gas. I love Rex!

Dario, company owner, responded to our call last week concerning our humidifier not working. He took several detailed steps to determine if any part was just clogged but water still did not go into the humidifier. He then determined that the solenoid was not working and needed to be replaced. He provided an estimate which included a reduced price since we have been on contract for many years. Part was ordered and Benny was sent to replace the part. He was delayed from the original time because the job prior to us took much longer than expected. We were notified of the delay. Upon arrival, Benny put on booties to keep our floors clean, went to the humidifier, took the solenoid off, replaced part of the copper tubing that was partially crimped, as well as the solenoid, made sure no connections leaked, and stayed until he saw water was going into the humidifier as it was supposed to, and then into the drain before leaving. Quality company, very responsive, and with reasonable prices that keep me wanting to stay with IAQ Medics on a yearly maintenance contract that includes a fall and spring inspection.

They were great from the start—sent me multiple estimates and were responsive to both phone and email. They sent text updates and even included a text/email update with a picture of the technician when he was on his way. Troy did a great job and was very professional during install.

This is my third unit in this house that had be replaced. It was a 24 year old Carrier unit. Last year, they installed a 5 Ton unit Platinum 20 Seer Variable Inverter and a 2 Ton Gold 17 Seer 2 Stage unit in my house. IAQ’s prices are competitive and their service is just fantastic. So I called them back - this time I did a Platinum 18 Seer Variable. Inverter heat pump (can’t have furnace in the attic). They communicated well, planned the install & arrived on time. They were very neat and clean. This third unit is in the attic and I think a harder install than the two units last year - which are in the basement. They laid down cloth through the walkway and when they were done, house was clean - just the way it was before they arrived. They did a very nice job adding two new supply registers in the rooms and fresh air intake from outside to improve air quality. They are very professional and also like the technology they bring. I will be adding remote wireless temperature sensors. Dario is fantastic to work with and so is his team of Troy, Kameron and others. I would recommend them anytime.
