Indoor Air Quality Medics

Initially the service went fine but since last year the technicians started misbehaving; during the summer the technician purposely left the valve open on AC unit so the freon gas went low and claimed the unit has less freon and need refill which I agreed; they charged much higher price and still I paid but the very disappointing part is the technician purposely left the valve open again which I was not aware and the gas leaked and pressure went down. Seems like this is the trade mark of this company so they will get called again for service and so can skim the customer. Without knowing this company's game I called them again as emergency the technicians tried to double charge even though I do have maintenance service agreement by stating for emergency the cost is $275 for show up and additional freon gas cost around $400 so total these guys were trying to skim around $1000 including my previous refill which they charged $350 for 2 pound of freon gas fill. I called another technician through craigslist they charged $150 for 2 pound of refill and they showed why the gas leaked; then only I came to know this company's sinister act and how they skim the customer. I'll never do business with this type of low level company again.

I can't say enough good things about IAQ Medics! My experiences with this company have been beyond my expectations...between the quality of technicians they send to their stellar customer service, they are simply excellent. In my most recent experience, I needed to have an entire HVAC system replaced. Kameron and Joe were my service providers- and they were a great team.. courteous, professional, and very patient to answer all my questions! The install took all day- but they let me know what to expect up front, so there were no surprises. Seriously, if you're looking for a great company with awesome technicians who care about what they do- choose IAQ Medics.

Excellent! They were checking my HVAC system for low coolant and a possible leak which was diagnosed by another company during my annual checkup. That other company wanted $800 dollars to fix the issue. Turns out that company wasn’t being truthful. The system was fine, no leak and coolant was normal. I appreciated the honesty and decided to get the Medics membership for seasonal maintenance. Great experience!

Fine. Problem was solved. I selected this company because the staff also services heat pumps as well as furnaces and air conditioners. i have been a long term, satisfied customer.

IAQ Medics are awesome. We had them in to do a HVAC annual maintenance. They tell you exactly what they are doing and what they are looking for. They don't try to charge you for anything unnecessary. I highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.

This is the 4th time, I've used IAQ Medics for installations of Hot Water Heaters and home HVAC systems in multiple properties. I have received nothing but excellent service, professionalism and quality work. I will continue to use this company.

Rex was on-time, explained what services that he was going to perform and immediately went to work. As he performed various diagnostics Rex explained what he was measuring and how it impacted my system. After replacing filters and doing a final check on the internal system, Rex checked the Air Conditioning unit to insure that it was working properly. Afterwards Rex returned my thermostat to original household temperature. No deficiencies were found.

They offer a contract to check/clean ac system in spring and heating system in the fall. They do more than most companies during those checkups, so it provides peace of mind. They are punctual, professional and wear shoe covers.

He clearly explained what he completed and cleaned up everything before he left. He also clearly explained other recommendations to help keep our furnace in great shape. We had our new system installed in August. There was an initial problem however the representatives work triple hard to make sure it was fixed in a timely fashion. When we switch to heat there was an issue and again the representatives were super responsible and responding to our request. We just had our six month maintenance and Reggie did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my HVAC system, and prevented any additional leaking of the air-conditioning unit and potential damage to the heat exchanger by clearing away the debris clogging the drain.
