Indoor Air Quality Medics

This was our first experience with IAQ Medics and we were very pleased. Our technician, Rex, was very thorough and personable. He took the time to really explain how our systems were working, how we could optimize them, etc., and we definitely feel like we got nickle/dimed for unnecessary repairs. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

The technician called before he arrived to my home to check to see if my air ducts were blocked or broken. The company also sends you a text message that lets you know the technician is on the way and provides a tracking link. The technician was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. He took a look at my air ducts and found that a portion of the duct was actually closed. He made sure that the closed portion was opened and I received the right amount of air flow to each room.

They were timely, professional, and neat. I really appreciate that they always work hard to keep my system in good condition without "finding" problems like other companies do. IAQ is clearly attempting to save me money and keep my system working rather than trying to talk me into repairs or a new system.

IAQ Team did a fantastic Job.Kameron, Dario and Ron Installed New Bradford White Hot Water Heater and top of the line high efficiency A/C and Heating Units manufactured by American Standard. Josh Vincent told me what was going on with my 14 year old original builder installed units. They were older and not functioning well. A/C suction line Freezing on a hot summer day and last Summer R22 has to be added and replace Blower assembly and wheel. Josh gave me some options, I decided to Replace units Instead of spending money on repairing old units.They came in and completed everything in one day like they said that they would.Very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. They answered all my questions.I am fully satisfied with their work.Highly recommend IAQ Medics.

I had used this company for years to service my house and my rental properties. Jonathan, the former technician was always great at explaining what he was doing and in giving suggestions for how one can keep their furnace running great. I trusted him and had the company under contract to do all of my houses. Jonathan has left the company and I kind of felt like this newer tech didn't really have his heart in it. The basic service is testing the temperature split to preliminarily test to see if your 'freon' levels or whatever your AC takes is at a good level. They don't actually test the level unless the first test shows that they should. They inspect the air filters, check the condensate pump, check to make sure the outside unit is working well and rinsed the outdoor coil. What they didn't do, which the old technician used to do, was empty out the leaves and debris which may have fallen to the bottom of the outside unit. It is unsatisfactory to me to rinse the outside of the outdoor coil without cleaning out the debris at the bottom. It seems half-a--ed. I'm not likely to renew my contract with this company anymore.

Rex was great. I knew I had a problem with my system that might be beyond a repair. He showed me the diagnostics and let me know me know my options. He worked with the owner and gave me a very competitive deal. It means a lot when you work with honest people who really know their trade.

Best estimate experience with complete transparency. There are no hidden costs to decode. I need two systems replaced; each system was thoroughly assessed in great detail. My essential consumer priorities were addressed. I was given an overview of what systems best fit my needs, along with the expected performance. Hands down the most professional, detailed-oriented contractor to provide an estimate. The American Standard product brand sells itself.
