It was great! They were on time, professional and took care of everything. We are really happy with this company!

Late afternoon on Labor Day, we had a lightning strike near to the house. The resulting electrical surge created a spark and ignited a fire in the aluminum flex gas line going to the furnace. Fortunately, we were home and was able to shut off the gas to that line and put out the fire. I contacted IAQ's Emergency line as the fire department had to shut off the electric and gas at the meter as a precaution until we had the issue checked out. Josh who called me back right back did a great job explaining what likely needed to be done after I texted him a few pics. He advised that I wait until the next day to get it serviced and save the emergency service fee. He even took the time to schedule the service call for me. The next day, Brandon came out and replaced an aluminum flex line with a pinhole in it and he also repaired the thermostat burnt wiring. He got our furnace fan back working quickly to enable use of the air conditioning. Upon finishing the job, I called the gas company who also spoke with Brandon about the repair. This enabled the gas company to come back out to inspect the repair and turned the gas back on.

It was one of the most amazing experiences ever! So professional and knowledgeable!

Taylor Cain arrived on time And he explained exactly what they are going to do. He was very honest in his assessment of the situation ( did not exaggerate the dirt) and answered all my questions. Tried his level best for cleaning dryer vent and it looks like it was clogged. Great work Taylor and Team!

Taylor and his associate were both pleasant and professional at all times. We were somewhat disappointed about the time-they were scheduled to show up between 8 am-10 am. After contacting the office they showed up around 11:30 am. They apologize for the administrative error in scheduling. The office administration should do a better job for the technicians serving the clients. Scheduling is critical for the customers as well as the business. Superior workers need a fair representation of their work. It was quality work, no complaints, done in a very timely and orderly fashion. Excellent customer service from both men. Highly recommend the Air Duct technicians.

Estimate and installation were timely. HOWEVER, there are 2 significant issues that I have been trying to resolve with the company and they are not responding after nearly 3 weeks. First, the installation was not per the contract. The platform for the air conditioner was supposed to be put on 4-inch long "snow legs" to elevate the unit off the ground. However, the installers simply placed the platform on the ground. Second, the air conditioner is located too close to the house natural gas meter regulator and vent valve. Code requires the unit to be at least 3 feet from these items. It was placed directly in front of the meter with only an 11-inch spacing from the meter to the unit. If the company will contact me and we can resolve the issues, I will be happy to update my review.

Good diagnosis by Reggie and a quick replacement of capacitor. A bit on the expensive side but otherwise no complaints.

Josh arrived right on time to service 2 AC units in our home. Very professional, friendly, answered all our questions. We love their service, have used this company many times and will continue to use.

It was an excellent experience from scheduling to work completion! Texch diagnosed air vent sweat and adusted air circulation and advised us on maintenance.

Outstanding, cleaned clogged lines in air handler. Informed us of rusting drain pans and inspected unit outside.

Reggie went above and beyond. He inspected the inside and outside units (on a 95+ degree day), and even washed off our AC air intake/converter to prevent dirt from clogging our filters. Very happy with the inspection.

In no time at all Josh Vincent examined the issue and knew it was a wiring problem, as no cool air only warm was being produced; the HVAC now is performing as an air-conditioner the way it should. This was a new HVAC purchased on March 5, 2019 and although it had been serviced after that by company engineers, the fact that the wiring was wrong was only discovered thanks to Josh Vincent. He has all the tools to be a success -- will call Indoor Air Quality Medics in future with questions that require technical expertise. Thank you again.

Our technician, Rex, did a fantastic job. IAC sent us a photo of Rex before he arrived so we could verify who he was, and he called us when he was about 45 minutes away to make sure it was still ok to come. He was punctual and did a thorough inspection of both of our A/C units, and gave us the great news that they are in very good shape! We will definitely use IAC again.

Made an afternoon service call for no a/c. Rex from IAQ Medics showed up ahead of schedule which we really appreciated and performed excellent service. Would recommend IAQ Medics for your HVAC service.

Call went in for emergency service on a Sunday morning due to rising interior temps on a hot humid morning after a long hot night. Call was returned promptly and repair made during the day. We have a bathroom renovation in progress so quick repairs were needed for Monday morning. We have been IAQ Medics customers since the beginning of this company and find this company to be fair, professional and responsive. Highly recommend.

These guys did a terrific job for my bi-annual HVAC inspection. They arrived on time and the technician (Reggie) was very knowledgeable and professional. I shopped around for several service providers and found that not only did IAQM achieve the best balance between service, quality and cost, they also lived up to that promise. The business model definitely works! Keep up the good work, guys! PS - Did I mention Reggie is awesome?

My experience with IAQ was truly amazing from start to finish. Josh came for the initial call and assessed the problem quickly. Once it was determined that I needed a new unit, the office communicated with my continually via telephone, text and e-mail. The office was able to move my install date to a day earlier, which I really appreciated since temps were in excess of 90 degrees. Joe and Carl arrived promptly on the install day, after I received a text that they were on their way. They worked efficiently throughout the whole day and answered my many questions patiently throughout the whole process. After cleaning up they showed me all the work that was done and explained each piece of equipment to me. IAQ helped me make my bad situation the best that it could be under the circumstances.

Thorough inspection with results of each area inspected explained. Have contracted with this company since it first started and have been pleased with courteous professional staff and responsiveness.

I've been a happy customer of IAQ Medics since I purchased my unit from them several years ago. Since then I've had agreements with them to come twice a year to check the unit and change the filter. They are always prompt and professional and call me the day of the appointment to tell me what time to expect the technician. This last time Josh came and was excellent.
