Excellent job by a talented team. The front office actually got us in a day earlier, which was great Gustavo and Travis did a great job. They took time to show their work and patiently explained the system to us. They exceeded expectations for sure. Darnell from sales was also top class, no pressure and worked hard to get us a great quote. Highly recommend.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with IAQ Medics business. My AC went down and I was looking for a complete package (furnace, coil, and condenser). Angie’s list pointed me in their direction. The first person I met when I contacted IAQM was Scott. He is a Tech Manager of one of the teams and they were tied up on projects, so he showed up to walk me through how they could work with me to get my AC up and running. Scott was very thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my wants/needs. He was a consummate professional during and after our meeting reassuring me everything would be taken care of as described. Scott was always available for questions, concerns, and online communication. He always remained enthusiastic and it was appreciated. The quote, scheduling, and installation process went extremely well as this company set my household up for success. There were no hidden fees or up charging. Everything went so smooth and flawless, I just had to take time to share my experience with IAQM. The day of the install I met with Joe and Tyler. This duo did a phenomenal job and were very professional. They worked so hard all day, answered all my questions, ensured everything was cleaned on the way out, taught me how to use my system, and were great to be around. One of the nicer moments of the day was briefly meeting John who routinely passes by on jobs to check on his staff and progress. This company cares about its customers and staff. Reminded me of my days in the Service! One big family taking care of each other. I recommend this family owned business. They are very affordable, sincere, and transparent. There were no hidden charges or fees. The process was very smooth. I look forward to doing business with them again. Thank you!

10/10 my technician was great and knowledgeable!

I am a regular customer for their service and have my units serviced every season. My Unit went out on Sunday and I was told an emergency diagnostic would be $245 which I was ok with that. The technician came out and told me that I needed a 30 Amp Cartridge fuse and the cost would be $367 ! This item is only $15 at best for each but since the tech had no authority to make changes I told him to go ahead and replace it and I would speak to the office , I called the next day and spoke to the manager, who could not justify the price gouging on such a common item . The sad part is that I was told that the unit needed cleaning which you would presume is included with the seasonal tune-up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Thank you to IAQMedics for getting our A/C repaired ASAP, with the owner even helping to coordinate and respond to questions while on vacation. Really appreciate the extra mile effort.

Look at my previous review of IAQ and you'll see I've given many kudos to past technicians. HOWEVER, this guy (Felix) was a piece of work! I had two air filters waiting for him when he arrived to perform my semi-annual service. When ready for the first filter change, he asked "where's your filter". I laughed because it was 6 inches from his face. Sitting on a chest by the HVAC system. I was like, "dude, it's right in front of you". Second filter was in the attic. I had the filter placed on a credenza at eye-level so he could grab it when he went up the ladder. He actually took pictures of the ascent into the attic that would've had the filter in it. After he left, I noticed that the filter was still sitting on the credenza. I went to the driveway to catch him before he left. I asked multiple times, how did you NOT change the hepa filter? It was right in front of you. He told me that it was NOT on the credenza where it was placed. Then proceeded to tell me "I didn't see it". So, then I asked, "but you're here for semi-annual maintenance which includes a filter change. How's it possible that you didn't even look at the old filter (that was filthy), and at least ask me if I had a filter?" He proceeded to tell me how he provided a good service and that he took pictures and would show me that the filter was not on the credenza. My wife watched him take pictures of the second filter, but the pictures he showed were in the attic OF THE OLD FILTER STILL IN THE HVAC system, and he REFUSED to show me any other pictures he took (that would've shown the second filter)!!!! ANOTHER ISSUE, I have a humidifier drain that was installed at a reverse angle, meaning the water has to travel UPHILL to get to the AC Drain line. Instead of REPAIRING the inadequate job from the original installation, Felix asked me to find something to sit under the uneven drain line so I wouldn't experience a line clog again. He used a PLASTIC cup to "fix" the incorrect humidifier drain line (Pic available). Finally, instead of removing the dirty filters, he just left them sitting on the floor. IAQ management needs to know about Felix and his lack of customer service, courtesy, and work ethic. In addition, they need to repair the inadequate humidifier line that was installed with the wrong drain angle during my $20K+ AC installation. Would really appreciate a discussion with management about this issue.

Derrick was phenomenal. He really took the time to talk me through a lot of HVAC concepts, technologies, and options. He told me all about IAQ's services and product line as well as their price-matching program, but in a way that didn't put me under pressure. He went well beyond his task and he was really personable. I'll be switching my business to IAQ in the future, the personal touch means a lot to me.

This company is hands down the best when it comes to customer service. The service technician, Adam is knowledgable, respectful, honest and trustworthy. I've been with this company from the beginning and will never switch as long as we live in this area.

The company my son-in-law works for works closely with IAQ Medics. He recommended them when I started looking to replace my HVAC system. They were super easy to work with. I first talked to Scott on a Friday. He put me in touch with Dario that same day. After several phone conversations and text messages (mostly on Saturday) with Dario, we arranged to do the installation the following Wednesday. I was surprised they could do it that quickly since another company said it would be 2-3 weeks after I gave to go ahead before they had everything on hand to do the job. They arrived on schedule. Crew was extremely friendly and worked competent. John took the time to explain the system and thermostats to my son and me (separately since I walked in from work just as he was finishing explaining to my son). I also appreciated that Dario didn’t try to push their top of the line, most expensive products like another company seemed to be doing. Definitely recommend for anything HVAC.

I had to have my evaporator coil replaced and Jonathan and Ron from IAQ Medics provided excellent customer care and meticulous services, they were very thorough, knowledgeable and informative, and addressed any concerns or questions I had in the same manner, A++! and I highly recommend this company!

This company is a scam, the technician came out with just my daughter and my mother in law in the house, he told my daughter that a part needed to be replaced ( contactor for $422, in which it should only cost between $10-$60) and charged us a total of $507 when I told him I’m 30 minutes away and on my way home the technician all of a sudden left and completed the job ( didn’t even showed my daughter the part that he replaced) two weeks later when we switched to heat the heat stopped working all of a sudden and when we called them they didn’t even tell you that there will be a charge even that I just told them that the technician was just here 2 weeks ago. They were of course always can be there when you called but when the technician showed up is when they will find a way to make money on you!

Everything was great. Customer service was very friendly, and service technician was very knowledgeable and came prepared to complete the work.

In 2020 we had a ductless mini split system installed in our house. The last two summers have been miserable as the units continually recycle humidity in the house instead of removing it. After complaining to the HVAC company that installed the system and getting nowhere, on a neighbor's suggestion I finally called Indoor Air Quality Medics. A technician performed a full inspection of the entire system and determined the compressor was not sized appropriately nor is it compatible with the indoor units. I spoke with the owner Dario regarding our options. All three units that were installed are oversized, thus they were short cycling. The total of the three units was also more than the compressor could handle thus the entire system was not working properly. In order to not replace the entire system we decided to replace only one unit with one of the proper size and have the jumpers cut in all three units. Cutting the jumpers means the short cycling will now be addressed and our house should not be humid when the air conditioning is running this coming summer. I had researched this option and confirmed with the manufacture that this would work. However, no HVAC company would agree to cut the jumpers until Dario said his team would do it. Jonathan was the team lead on the installation. He and the entire team were polite, respectful of my house, talked with me about everything, and went above and beyond what I expected. I will now use IAQM going forward. They fixed the mistakes of the other company, were courteous, and trustworthy. Thank goodness for honest companies. If you have had a ductless mini split system installed and experience humidity during the summer it is likely that an oversized unit was installed. You need to have the fan turned off the auto setting. In the Mitsubishi units I have this has be done manually by cutting jumpers. Dario’s team at IAQM knows how to do this. I highly recommend IAQ Medics.

We have been customers of IAQ Medics since the company was founded and could not be more pleased with their service. We have maintained an annual contract for fall and spring service which ke et ps everything running smoothly. Our technician today, Adam, was excellent; personable, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He found a minor problem with rodent intrusion and resolved it quickly. We can’t say enough about how much we like this company.

This is my 2nd or 3rd time using IAQ Medics. I contacted them early on a Saturday morning fully expecting that I'd have to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get service. To my surprise they texted me immediately and sent out a technician same day. The whole service took less than 30 minutes including hard wiring the thermostat so that I don't have to think about batteries again. I will definitely use IAQ Medics again in the future.

This was a complicated 2-system install that a couple of other companies would not even quote.
