My experience with this company couldn't have been better. It went smoothly from start to finish -they really tried to accommodate my schedule when booking the appointment, and then Rex called me with a more precise time within the 2 hour window as he was on his way. After looking at the furnace he went through all the rooms (with shoe covers, which I appreciate) and explained all the reasons why my house was heating-and cooling- unevenly. He polite and personable, and wasn't overly alarmist --and didn't try to sell me a new furnace immediately as some companies will try to do Instead he recommended how I could prioritize the possible improvements to my house to make the temperature more consistent, and described what a filter system could do-if I wanted to consider that for the future. The pricing for a twice-a year was fair, and when he finished he showed me pictures of what was done. I receive the estimate for a filter immediately. Overall, I was very pleased with Rex’s work and am happy to recommend the company.

The technician was polite and within the timeframe provided. Service would improve if he remembered to turn off the lights and take his trash with him. I was on the main level when he was working in the basement. I only periodically checked on things.

The install went very well. Our house is now the same temperature in each room and the quality of work is excellent. Overall we are very happy with the services provided and the way the system functions this far. Thank you Dario and team.

Went great! Rex did a thorough job and got my water heater all set and added to my service plan. Really appreciated him showing me the pictures of the all the work he did. He also was on time, polite, and kept me informed of everything he was doing.

I have used IAQ Medics for my HVAC needs for the last three years since moving into our new home. As a first time homeowner, they took the time to diagnose and explain all the features and equipment in our house. When I needed additional features, when our AC unit died, etc. they were exceptional in helping us match new equipment to our existing systems and provided us a range of upgrades. Each technician I have worked with has been better than the last and all have been professional.

I have IAQM come out to my three houses twice a year to make sure that the heating and air conditioning are working well. Rex, was happy to field my many questions regarding the condition of the systems for each house and make recommendations as needed or if needed. I appreciate that he would talk through what he was doing so that I could gain more knowledge of my heating/cooling system. He did a great job! IAQM just does a great job without trying to sell you stuff you don't need.

I have been using IAQ Medics for several years and have always received excellent service from them. Have 2 heat pumps. The payment is for 2x/year routine maintenance.

owner was not honest about the system purchased and did not disclose certain facts about the system. I am elderly and disabled and had to put over $6.000 on a card only to find out the fan operation on the unit would not operate as I needed it. No one will return my calls and I do not know what recourse I have. workers were nice but the "owner" did not disclose the facts aAbout the system. They never furnished a receipt nor any information on the air cleaner they installed. I paid extra for this, it was not included with the HVAC unit. I believe they called it a Blue-Tube UVI do not hold out any hope of obtaining anything from them as the owner is not a man of his word.

As expected, it went smoothly. Josh Vincent did thorough checks of both furnaces, replaced all filters and humidifier pads, and cleaned flame sensors. I was very pleased with Josh's courtesy, professionalism, and quality work. His performance was outstanding, as I have come to expect from IAQ Medics. The price for the service includes an additional service in the Spring and all filters and humidifier pads for the year.

It went very well and the technician, Rex took pictures of all the things he did to check our unit and while he went over the steps with me afterwards, showed me the photos and answered all my questions. Now I feel I have a better understanding of my system. Indoor IAQ Medics are the best company we have ever used for our HVAC system.

My pilot light kept going out. Rex came out and cleaned the burner compartment. He is very professional and does a great job.

IAQ Medics home office and technicians are the best at what they do, and are the nicest people. If you need an HVAC system, go top shelf with American Standard. Have IAQ Medics install and buy the inexpensive annual service contract, filters included. One of those no-brainers in life that you will be thankful you made this decision.

Reggie called to notify me that he was in route and arrived well within the 2-hour scheduled timeframe. He was very polite, and knowledgeable. Reggie explained his findings and was later joined by Brandon who provided additional onsite support and information. Both Reggie and Brandon appeared very skilled and worked quickly and methodically in fixing my air-conditioner issues. They both also explained what was being corrected and provided insight into preventive and possible future needs for consideration. I plan to continue using the services of IAQ Medics (I also purchased the very reasonable maintenance plan) as this was a very professional, respectful and smooth process.
