Had to replace a 20 year old HVAC system. Received many quotes for the work. IAQ Medics were not the low price but well below the high price. My research of their business made me confident they had the right price. Joe and Carl arrived on time, set right to work and finished on time. Workmanship was excellent and clean up was thorough. So far, equipment works great. I already had a Trane unit downstairs so I asked for another one. The entire IAQ Medics team worked well together. Had two visits from the service manager to ask me how things were going. The office answered any questions during the whole process very quickly and were always very professional. I could not be happier with my experiences so far with IAQ Medics.

Excellent service; extremely courteous and attention to detail

It went very well. Britt, the technician arrived promptly at the designated time. He thoroughly examined our heating equipment, and gave us some suggestions as to when we might want to think about replacing some of our equipment, without any pressure to do so immediately. He adjusted and labeled our dampers, so the heat flow in our house was greatly improved. And probably most appreciated of all, he showed me how to ignite and work our gas fireplace, and gave me useful pointers, all of which he refused payment for. I plan on continuing to use IAQ Medics for our heating and cooling equipment needs, and would strongly recommend them, and technician Britt, in particular.

As always, another great service call. Professional and efficient. I had installed a thermostat myself, and Reggie found that I had one of the settings wrong. I have an annual service plan, and it has been great. They use text, email and phone to remind me to schedule it and also to remind when the technician is coming by. Give them a try!

IAQ Medics were great. They were very helpful in scheduling a time to come and inspect my broken furnace, including making sure I was aware that it would be hundreds of dollars more to come out on a Sunday like I had originally requested. They recommend I wait a day if I could, and I could. The technician was very thorough and checked everything out and checked our warranty. Their recommendation for repairs was confirmed by another local HVAC company. They were also really great about working to get the necessary part as soon as possible and were actually able to move things up to get it and install it the next day. The repair was painless and went just as discussed and agreed upon. The price/cost was very reasonable. I got quotes from a handful of other companies and they were on the cheaper side.

Without issue. Price came in $3000 less than two other offers.

Rex was very professional. And when he finished he showed me photos of the interior work that he checked and how it all looked, and explained what each photo was of. I had IAQ install a new A/C unit this past summer. Their prices are fair, their technicians know what they are doing, and every time I have called the office someone answers the phone promptly. IAQ also sends of photo of the technician ahead of the appointment so I can verify who is at the door (love the safety aspect of that).

These guys are great! We loce this company. They don’t oversell you and they are very professional, expedient and on time. They always call before they come or if they are running late. This company helps you find what works with your family. When we got a new HVac system, (big story with another vendor) we had them put zones into our house as some places are warmer than others. We have the thermostat set higher, but our humidity is lower so often in the summer i wear a light sweater inside! Today (11/26/19) we got a tankless hot water heater! (The tankless water heater was about $4000). We’ve also had them out to clean our ducts! This company is absolutely fabulous!

I highly recommend this company as they are attentive, responsive, punctual, and professional from start to finish. They send text messages when en route with the technician’s picture which is a great security advantage and very much appreciated! The technicians all use shoe covers, explains the process and answers all my questions. I’ve been using them for years and they don’t disappoint!

The service technician arrived on time, he called ahead and said he was on his way. Very polite and did a good job. Great company and staff, we used them to replace our HVAC system too. Very knowledgeable and nice staff.
