Excellent experience and would happily work w/them again. Entire team was extremely professional. Proactive and clear communication throughout. Install went smoothly; techs were thorough and worked w/a sense of purpose, took time to walk us through operation and maintenance of the system, cleaned up the job sites once the work was complete. Noticeable difference throughout the home - temps seem far more consistent (and comfortable) in each room.

I cannot say enough good things about IQMedics and the technician (Reggie) that responded to my house. Reggie came out to perform my annual A/C check up and realized that my water heater was leaking. The pan had a considerable amount of clear water in it which I never saw. Had he not caught the problem, I probably would have had water running all over the floor, carpet and everywhere... It would have been a disaster! Reggie immediately checked to see if IQMedics had one available and provided me with an estimate that was extremely fair and reasonable for a reputable 50 gallon tank. And the best part is they will be out tomorrow to complete the install. Now that is what I call outstanding responsiveness especially in this day and time when things are a little crazy. Kudos to the business and ALL it’s staff but especially Reggie! I highly recommend this business and would encourage everyone to use them.

I was extremely pleased with Mike's service and professionalism. During the maintenance check he found that the capacitor was swelling and recommended changing it before it fails. I agreed and the work was completed. Appreciated Mike's knowledge and willingness to answer any questions without hesitation and his exceptional work. Never been disappointed with IAQ Medics staff!!

First of all, they insisted it wasn't their fault but they would fix it for $125. I assumed that meant they would do all three things I said were wrong (the connection for the outside exhaust had fallen off, there was no netting inside the pipe so the animals were going in an out like it was their house, and there was a gap between the pipe and the wall, again allowing mice in). They glued the pipe back on and then called the main office and said the other stuff wasn't part of the work order. They did this when they originally installed the heating system too. You literally have to get in writing every little thing, every nut and bolt etc. They take no responsibility for anything. And they nickel and dime you to death. So sorry I went with these guys. I did all sorts of research and interviewed 5 companies and decided on them but made a mistake.

Indoor Air Quality Medics did an outstanding job starting with the estimate, follow up questions, contract signing and installation. Dario provided a fair, informed, honest and reasonable estimate. I was impressed with his honesty and professionalism. The installation was done during the Covid-19 virus restrictions. Joe and Ron did the installation. They arrived promptly, wearing masks, gloves and other protective clothing as they installed the outdoor Heat pump and indoor Air Handler. They were courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Installation was completed on time. I highly recommend Indoor Air Quality Medics due to their honesty, fair pricing and outstanding work.

Mike arrived within the scheduled window. Had all equipment in tow. For Covid he wore gloves & we social distanced in the garage. Have a townhouse so he walked around to get to the work outside. Found a weakening capacitor in the electrical box, discussed the pros & cons of leaving it as is or replacing. Choose immediate replacement - had the part on the truck - took only a few more minutes to repair & to do a recheck on the reading. We used an agreed "covid19" signature on his IPad so that I didn't not have to touch it. I am a question as the tech works person and Mike was able to answer all clearly. I have used IAQ Medics for several years now, they also installed a humidifier on the furnace, and I have always been pleased with their service and professionalism. Recommend the yearly maintenance program which has not gone up in price in the several years I have had a "membership".

Reggie the IAQ Tech called to let me know he was on the way with a time estimate of his arrival. I also received an email too that the tech was enroute. He was prompt, courteous, and very effiecient. Thank you Reggie and IAQ!

My Furnace blower went out on Saturday night. The IAQ weekend response team got back to me quickly about scheduling an appointment for Monday to have someone come out and look at the problem. Since my HVAC was on the end of its life I decided to do a full system replacement before the summer heat. The office was great about giving me information and different quotes based on what I wanted, and within 24 hours, I had scheduled an appointment to have the full system installed THE NEXT DAY (They were able to move around another install) The team showed up promptly at 9am and they stayed all day to ensure the job was done, walked me through the system functions and then cleaned up. Not only was the system a good price compared to the other quotes I got, they had some spring offers that included a humidifer and UV light. Plus it includes a year of system maintenance where they will come and replace the filters and check things out.

Excellent service, top of the line equipment, exceptional value at very competitive prices. Employees are extremely courteous and knowledgable. In my experience, this is one of the few honest and reputable HVAC companies in NOVA.

Britt McNeill was very thorough and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Britt was the best of the 4 IAQ Medics technicians that have serviced my unit. I will request Britt by name for all future work. Since my furnace and air conditioner were under my 2-year warranty the only charge was $35 to replace the filter.

My heater went off in the middle of the night. I called IAQ Medics at 8:15 am and by 9;00 am a repairman was in my home. He inspected the unit and explained the issue. While it wasn't the result I was looking for (needed new HVAC unit) that was not the fault of the repairman. He was very friendly and did a terrific job of explaining the issues.

Reggie showed up on time, worked on the system (with someone via phone) and got the computer to reset and connect, bringing the system back on line and operating, all in about an hour.
