IAQ has been very good for us, from installing a new system a couple years ago to annual maintenance and fixing some clogs and leaks. They quickly and considerately addressed a couple service misses, and have always been extremely responsive. Also reasonable pricing compared to other companies in the area.

The guy came in, diagnosed the problem and told me the capacitor was faulty and said he had a new replacement in his truck (By the way, I later found out that capacitors cost about $25 and yet he quoted me close to $300 to replace and install). After replacing it, the unit still didn't work (no cool air). After being down in the basement for about 20 minutes, he came back upstairs on his phone asking his supervisor what to do next. huh?? They then tried to convince me to replace the whole system for about $8000, which I was in no position to do. At which point, he said a workaround would be to do something to the mother board to allow me to get cool air except that the fan would keep running, which I took to mean as long as the unit was on. Well the fan has been running ever since (close to 3 weeks as I write this) and our first gas bill was over $300!! I have called IAQ a bunch of times and they keep giving me the runaround and the owner never responds to messages left for him. This is the second time they have screwed me over. Last year, I had them install a new HVAC (for the upper level of the house) and the tech burned the siding on my house (I have pictures) while installing the outside unit. I contacted IAQ about 5 times it and the owner acknowledged it but did nothing about it. I have emails to prove it.

I was having water leaking all over the floor because the 50 foot drain line from the air conditioning coils to the drain was getting blocked. This has happened before. A condensation pump was really needed so that the system shuts off when this happens rather than leak water all over the floor. Rex, my technician of choice, put that in and a new flexible line to the drain. It probably won't block up again because the pump will keep water moving through the system. The overall cost was for two trips on two different days and installation. I also use this company for bi annual check ups in all of my properties. They are always prompt and never make me wait more than 24 hours for a non emergency call if there is a problem, even on the hottest and coldest days.

Very friendly and though. Did forget to call us when they left last job before they arrived early but it was not a big deal. Neat and clean, wore booties and cleaned up after themselves. Neglected to remove each vent cover and clean inside. Just sort of vacuumed around the outside.

IAQ installed a new HVAC system for me in 2019. I've consistently had problems with it. I've tried numerous times to have IAQ address the issues and they always have an excuse for why it's not their fault. Just one week after the system was installed, the system broke due to a wiring short from installation. IAQ did respond immediately and fix this, which was greatly appreciated. Since then however, I've had issues with reduced air flow in my second floor, water leaks, higher energy bills than from my previous 16-year old system, and now the system has completely stopped working again. I spoke with the owner, Dario, this morning and he was exceedingly hostile, condescending, and rude. Dario refuses to stand by the HVAC systems he sells and claims that since he didn't manufacture them personally, he can't guarantee that they will work or last. Even though Dario recognized that the equipment is within the 2 year warranty period, he was insistent that the $225 diagnostic fee was still in effect (this would around $100 if called during the week). Other companies (such as Air Treatment Services and Snell) were more than willing to fix the problems that Dario either wouldn't or couldn't address without overcharging us. Dario also tried to blame the issue on missed maintenance visits, even though we are still within the 6 month window that Dario claimed was needed to keep the unit functional. Dario tried to intimidate me by claiming the call was being recorded. Dario's intimidation doesn't work because these problems are verifiable. I would strongly encourage anyone to use an HVAC company that stands by the products that sell and treats their customers with respect.

They are located over an hour away but had an employee here 1 day after the call. This company communicates by phone. texts, and emails. They are highly professional company. They are the best heating and air company that I have dealt with!

Excessive cost to replace capacitor in AC unit (nearly $400). Required payment even though had warranty and showed asked serviceman. Call office and was told that there isn't a warranty that covers parts. I ended up making a call directly to manufacturer and had to make another call back to dealer to get anything refunded, although still waiting on refund. Will never use again; charged 655% surcharge on part and approximately $290 for labor and diagnostic fee.

Got HVAC quote. Was promised 2 additional quotes from technician and did not receive. CEO reached out with quotes 3 or 4 weeks later but when I replied to mail it bounced back...

The technician arrived at the agreed upon time and was courteous and professional. He repaired an electrical component and performed maintenance on the system. I will always call IAQ for future repairs.

Great experience. The team was transparent with cost and scope. I found the team to be extremely professional, even in these challenging circumstances. They left the area of installation cleaner than they found it, and were minimally invasive with running wire/electricity. I'm so happy with their work, the cost, and the overall experience.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Hired a cheaper company Cool Breeze and was very disappointed that after $450.00 the unit continued to fail. IAQ realized too much refridgerant was added and was able to correct the deficiency. A most astute and professional general manager took care of me! Please use for your next AC problem!!!!

Good. Had to replace a part I didn’t expect but Rex was very good at the explaining what needed to be done, and was very efficient. I would highly recommend him and Indoor Air Quality Medics!

The removal of the old system and installation of a new system went perfectly. IAQ performed in an excellent manner. They explained the process completely and finished the install without a hitch. I am very happy with their work and would hire them again.

Terrible experience! They charged me a lot of money to repair an AC unit that was under warranty. A lot of the charges came from "submitting the warranty paperwork". The AC unit was still not fixed after the tech came and replaced the part that was supposedly broken. They then said I needed a new valve which they quoted me at $1200. I called an honest company to come check it out and they quickly realized that the IAQ tech had wired the unit wrong and the valve was completely fine and the unit is now working correctly.

Our appointment with IAQM went very well. Josh was friendly, courteous and on time. After the checkup, he recommended we replace our water heater which we suspected would be needed, since its 10 years old and running out of hot water quickly. (Embarrassingly, we didn't know its supposed to be flushed annually). Additionally they are going to replace our dryer hose and vent since its in need of attention. Lastly, we've scheduled them to clean all the ducts in our house to help with allergies and to keep the system running smoothly since we've never done that in the 13 years we've lived here. All of that will be done over the next week or so. Moving forward we've also signed up for annual check ups so we can keep an eye on the systems in the future, hopefully aiding in their running smoothly.
