The HVAC system was not running. Adam quickly analyzed the problem and identified a faulty circuit breaker. He had to take the panel cover off to reset the breaker. He was very courteous and professional. I'm very happy with Indoor Air Quality Medics.

I have used IAQ Medics since 2018 to perform maintenance checks on our heating and cooling systems, once in the spring and again in the fall. It gives me a piece of mind knowing that they will find smaller issues before they become big problems, simply by having them come out and look the systems over. Many times there are no issues to be addressed, but sometimes there is. Just today, Rex found one of the battery packs on a blower fan was about to fail, so he replaced it on the spot. As a key component in the heating system, the blower fan would have likely gone out in the middle of the fast-approaching winter; so I am glad that he was here to catch that. IAQ also services the whole home humidifier in the house on an annual basis. They change the filters and ensure that the settings are appropriate for the upcoming season. I have used this company for over two years and have never been disappointed with their services. They are respectful of my home and my family. I will continue using their services long into the future. I highly recommend IAQ for your heating and cooling needs, especially their preventive maintenance plans and services. They are reasonably priced and extremely professional.

I like that they send a notice of who is coming and when (including a photo of the service tech). They take pictures of the interior of your systems so you can see what they are seeing. No up-selling. Just got it done in quick time for 2 units and a humidifier. Rex did a great job.

Arrived on time, obvious dust could be seen in vent after serviced. Called to follow up regarding concern about visible dust hanging from vents. Representative was rude and was not open to address my concerns even after I provided photos. I will never use this company again. Beware hire at your own risk.

Rex the technician was great. Checkup performed in a timely manner, COVID prevention was in place and Rex was friendly and professional.
