Felix arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided several options ranging from repairing the existing unit to installing a new system. He was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend IAQ Medics and would hire them again.

I was blown away by my experience with this company. Every individual I dealt with was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I ended up having to replace my AC/furnace and the whole experience was smooth/seamless and incredibly fast! I had quite a few questions and I always received prompt replies and detailed explanations. After installation I had a few issues with the new system which were rectified immediately. I wish every company was as responsive. The whole team is incredible.

It was an excellent experience working with Darnell and the other professionals at IAQM. In addition to the great customer service, I received numerous cost incentives including from American Standard, cash incentives, duct cleaning promotions. Work was completed within one week of contracting. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Excellent. Communication from their office is outstanding. We receive emails and text messages confirming the appointment. We also get a picture of the technician and his name. The technician called in advance to, let us know he was on the way. IAQ Medics is the best HVAC contractor I have ever used. In addition to the above maintenance work they perform twice a year, we used them to replace our 2-zone HVAC system in 2017. Our home was 16 years old at the time, so the original builder-grade units were ready to be replaced. We obtained several price quotes, and went with IAQ based on price, recommendations, and industry standing. Highly recommend.

Check up seemed thorough, looked at both inside and outside units.

Very well. Tech was on time, very courteous and professional. The system has a UV light that I had not been using because its location destroyed the filter. He relocated the light so that it can be used. I definitely will continue to use IAQ for my HVAC needs.

THE ABOVE RATING IS FOR REGGIE/NOT THE COMPANY. IAQ has NOT LIVED UP to my initial expectations; they have ignored my needs and refused to return calls for the problem below. Reggie was great and answered all questions. Reggie has nothing to do with the comment below. I NEVER GET A RETURN CALL from the GM Joshua! I have contacted company about the below issue multiple times and I have been ignored. Still waiting for a response to install an outlet for my water heater. It is attached to an EXTENSION cord and I have received NO RESPONSE from the company! Updated 2/23/21 Tankless water heater install with outlet. Review Text: NOT GOOD. After one year, still waiting for a response from the GM about installing the outlet to power my water heater. Not one call-back from the GM or the owner. At least they could return my calls. I have had to run the unit from an extension cord for 1 year. VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER THE INITIAL WRITE-UP I GAVE.

Had multiple HVAC companies come by but refuse to work on my American Standard 5 ton unit. Finally came across Air Quality Medics and they immediately knew the model # I was describing. Amazingly scheduled me early the next day. Met Harold who immediately diagnosed the issue and offered me multiple solutions. Long story short, I now have the piece of mind knowing I have experienced technicians at my disposal if ever there is an issue. Signed up for their twice annual service program and could not be happier. If I could smash a 6 star button I would!

I highly recommend this company. My furnace was overheating, and a different company (FH Fuhr) had told me I had to replace the switches and the inducer motor for $1,800. I called IAQM, they came the same day (Adam Brown) and figured out that the only problem was a defective filter. Filter replaced and the furnace works fine. Thank you!

This is an excellent HVAC company. They provide affordable, high quality service by courteous, knowledgeable, and honest technicians who will do the job well. After many years of paying far too much to a big name company for services done by techs who were always pushing additional overpriced, unnecessary products and services, IAQ Medics is a breath of fresh air [pun intended].
