My home was thoroughly cleaned on the first visit that I purchased through a Big Deal. She is now coming to my home bi-weekly and I love how great it feels when she is done.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a deep clean on my house with Sherifa. Before we even scheduled the appointment, she called and then came by the house to see what it looked like and about how long it would take. It's been a long time since my house has been cleaned by someone else, and I don't have a ton of time to put into cleaning it, so it wasn't kept up as well as it should have been. We made an appointment, and before she came, I got rid of a bunch of stuff, hid a bunch of stuff, and rearranged a bunch of stuff; the result - I uncovered more area to be cleaned, and MORE dust! When she came, she went through the house again, and then buckled down for an almost 8 hour shift of cleaning. During that time, my son was able to get ready for work without having to change anything in his routine - she left his areas alone until he left. I had two dogs in the house at the time, and we just shifted them around so that she could clean the areas without dog interference. I was also able to do my regular work the entire day from the house. As far as what she did, I'm not sure how much room I have here to write - she wiped/washed many of the areas that are just usually dusted, she deeply-scrubbed bathrooms and my kitchen, the ceiling fans and lights sparkle, the carpets, floors and baseboards look lovely, everything in the kitchen has been wiped down/polished for the first time in forever. (Because my husband and I have tons of knick-knacks, pictures and books on our shelves, we agreed that she wasn't going to pick up each and every thing to dust under or behind it, but she did use a fluffy duster to get at what she could.) She even wiped down the glass doors that my dog noses and paws against. The light switch plates and walls around them, the doors and door frames, the wooden bannister and rails, beds were made (yikes! - I've never had a cleaning service do that!), cabinets polished - everything looks amazing and clean! I can't even begin to explain how much easier it is to walk around my house - I don't have to cringe when I walk past dust bunny colonies; I'm even having company over for the first time in months. Sherifa is wonderful, and I've signed up for regular service.

I have a large 5 bedroom house with 4 1/2 bathrooms. Sherifa and her team cleans our whole house very thoroughly. She goes above and beyond, cleaning outside cabinets, under couch cushions, helps fold laundry and much more. I am extremely happy with her service.

We have found Honest Souls Cleaning Service to be fair in their pricing, timely in their work, and to take a lot of pride in what they do. We have never had a complaint from their work. We have been using them for two years.

From the beginning, the housekeeping services provided by Honest Souls Cleaning Service has been excellent. Sherifa most often shows up at the scheduled time and always calls the day before to confirm the appointment. On the rare occasions when she is running late, she calls on her status, even if she is expects to arrive less than 15 minutes later than the scheduled time. She has also been most accommodating to my schedule. She has performed housekeeping services on both weekends (including Sundays) and weekdays based on my availability. From the time she arrives, Sherifa works diligently the entire time.. I have never observed her taking a break. She is meticulous in cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming, including areas that could easily be ignored (e.g., light fixtures, fan blades, exterior glass on storm doors, etc.). As I hate housework and clean like I'm still living in a college dorm room with lots of clutter, no dusting, and cleaning only when it gets so bad I can't stand it any longer, Sherifa has had a big challenge every month. She always does a tremendous job. Sherifa is also completely honest and trustworthy. In the past, I have had housekeepers who would hide any knickknacks or other items which they accidently broke while cleaning or who would help themselves to any loose change that was out. This has never been an issue with Sherifa. Even coins which I did not know I had dropped on the carpet are placed on a countertop or fireplace mantle. Sherifa is the owner/operator of Honest Souls Cleaning Service and I fully believe she insists on the same quality and honesty of service from all her employees. I highly recommend Honest Souls Cleaning Service to anyone who is in need of housekeeping services.
