Overall, great service, great value, very professional. Sharifa is extremely hands on and detail oriented. She worked right along-side her staff cleaning the house and we were very pleased with the results. She and her staff were extremely professional, working without taking breaks and being aware of others in the house doing work. From top to bottom, they took pride in what they did and made the house shine.

Overall the service provided that day was acceptable. But we could not resolve future use because of their unwritten policy of not going into any home where the homeowner is not present when an animal is present.

Sherifa was very fast to call me and schedule a time to meet. She performed a move-out cleaning service during a weekend. Very good service and great price!

Sherifa was wonderfully responsive and accommodating, both in setting up the initial appointment, and then a monthly cleaning schedule. She and her team did a terrific job, and got is done before my sister and brother-in-law arrived from England, and my sister commented on how lovely everything looked.

The price was good. The quality was good but I did have to wait for them.

horrible. provider was supposed to clean my house but after talking with the provider over the phone, i immediately asked for a refund. i purchased the deal because it clearly states 4-bedroom and 3.5 bath for cleaning and that's what i needed done. when the provider and i were discussing the job, she repeatedly kept asking if i had anyone else living with me and i kept telling her that it's none of her business. i said all she needs to know is facts about the house and that's it. i told her i was beginning to feel concerned about my safety and that i wasn't going to answer her questions regarding who is in the house. she ignored my comments/concerns and kept asking who lived in my house and i had to keep telling her that she doesn't need to know that level of detailed information. she was not friendly and inconsiderate. i told her never mind and that i wasn't interested in her services anymore. what a waste of time and energy. glad i got my money back.

Exceeded my expectations in every regard! Sherifa is terrific, and an absolute professional. She was able to meet my short suspense for cleaning, was excellent at communicating throughout the process, and her team did a fantastic job on a very large home. You can count on Sherifa to keep you informed, to maintain timelines, and to clean until you're satisfied. This was the first time I had ever used a cleaning service, and I was hesitant as I'm very picky about my home, but the entire process was so easy and accommodating! Everything went as scheduled with Sharifa and her team arriving on-time the next day to begin the cleaning tasks that we had agreed upon and she was finished on time the same day. The final appearance of the home was great with the kitchen and bathroom areas looking like new and ready for the next home owner. It was important to me to have the home professionally cleaned to be ready for sale this weekend and Sharifa met all of my expectations without reserve. She was easy to work with, professional and punctual. I would not hesitate to reach out to her in the future if I were ever in need of cleaning services! JOB WELL DONE!

Sharifa did an excellent job. Her attention to detail was impressive - scrubbed showers, mopped tile floors, vacuumed carpet, dusted and polished wood furniture and trim. Will definitely recommend her services.

It was wonderful. I'm single mom working full time with 2 boys, house was in desperate need of help.

The cleaning was thorough and efficient, but I was irritated that my showerhead had been broken in the process. Sherifa told me that it had been broken previously, and hit her in the head when it fell. The showerhead had been perfectly fine and functional before the cleaning. Was not worth haggling about, so I've just replaced it.

It was good. Their cleaning was good. I don't know if I would use them again though. But I think overall they did a good job. I like a more in-depth cleaning than what they did. They were pretty responsive.

Ms. Sherifa runs a fantastic cleaning service. Very detailed and her crew are all very sweet. We had previous cleaners that did a rushed and bad job, but Honest Souls always takes their time and does it right. Highly recommended.

I was so pleased with the results that I have committed to a biweekly schedule. I had alot of reservations about other people cleaning my house, but with a teenager in multiple activities, two jobs and 5 dog my time was so limited that I wasn't able to provide the quality of work normally do. I was so impressed by the quality of work the attention to details all throughout the house. They work until it was complete not to time. Honest cleaning has removed a huge stress for me and has made my day to day life easier. Thank you Ladies and look forward to seeing you again.

Bottom line, we could not arrange for service with provider. After our second email with our phone number to her, she called and came by the house for a survey. During the visit she was very pushy/borderline rude to both of us, and was not at all receptive to our request to provide a subsequent quote based on our requested frequency (once a month), but chose to comment on how and why we needed to do it her way. Nonetheless, we arranged for a service date that worked for both of us (she was concerned we wanted cleaning before the Holiday and even after multiple assurances we didn't, this didn't finally sink in with her until our home visit). Unfortunately, we had to reschedule (admittedly the day before, but due to a family issue beyond our control) for an unplanned trip out of town. When we called to reschedule she was outright rude. She had no interest in working with us on a reasonable date to reschedule. Not the kind of relationship we wanted from a house cleaner we were considering having routinely clean our home. We cannot comment on the quality of her work, as we couldn't get past her lack of customer service. We concur with others' assessment on her personality-recommend email as the primary means of communication if dealing with her.

Honest Souls accommodated my schedule and then preceded to go above and beyond my expectations. My house looks amazing. They worked longer that anticipated on order to leave the house in good shape. Outstanding job. I've tried several different cleaning services and no one compares. I highly recommend honest souls!

The house was cleaned more thoroughly than I'd expected--they did a wonderful job. We've purchased one of these special deals before from a different company, and Honest Souls did a much better job. We've already scheduled a repeat visit from them and hope to continue using them in the future if our budget allows.

Cleaned my entire house, I am super satisfied.

The quality of the cleaning was great, I have no issues there. The thing I did not like is how pushy they were in regards to setting up a cleaning schedule. We were interested in have a routine cleaning but found it hard to agree on a time. They were not particularly flexible in setting up a schedule nor initially setting up the cleaning we bought. My girlfriend had to go back and forth over email and a phone call before getting a time set up. The owner's accent is tough to deal with as well. This coming from someone who has lived with diversity all my life.

Sherifa does a great job cleaning, absolutely. However, she is blunt to the point that it sometimes comes off as rude. On the last occasion when she cleaned for me, she changed the time at the last minute and came earlier than we had agreed, then became upset with me because my dog wasn't locked up (when she was early and I wasn't home yet), so instead of waiting for me (15 minutes) she went and cleaned another home and came back later. I decided not to have her come back because I can't deal with the stress of worrying about whether I'm late and whether my dog is locked up. When I texted her to let her know I wasn't going to have her come back, she sent a barrage of texts throughout the day being very defensive until I told her I did not wish to argue with her. I wouldn't hire her if you have dogs unless they're locked up all the time. Otherwise, her cleaning is excellent and her prices are reasonable.

Would of liked to know that she didn't like dogs or was afraid of them. She should post that in her ad.
