Communication problem in arranging service.

They did a great job. They wiped down doors and the baseboards, which are my pet peeves. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the toaster oven and found a small square of foil lining the bottom. Now that is real attention to detail! The staff were pleasant and friendly and hard working. They took a long time to do a great job and I really appreciate their efforts and their integrity. Absolutely the best cleaning service I have ever had.

Cleaning crew did an excellent job on the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Service was thorough and complete and we were very happy with the service.

Overall experience was not great. Cleaner was late to initial evaluation appointment and to the actual scheduled time to clean the house. While the special was for a house up to 2500 square feet, she quickly determined that our house was bigger (it's not) and shouldn't be included in the special. Cleaning was supposed to be between 3:00-5:00, and turned in to 4:00-8:00, partly because she left twice to take her daughter somewhere and then pick her up again; she left her other daughter at our house cleaning. (It also meant we had no way to prepare dinner, while she worked in the kitchen.) The cleaning itself was professional and thorough, but the delayed arrival, extended cleaning time, and some general hints that the size of the house warranted additional payment/tipping left us wishing we hadn't purchased this special. I wouldn't use Honest Souls Cleaning Service again.

They did a good job cleaning. They sent 2-3 people out to do the job. They did complain about how big the house was even though they came out and saw the house beforehand which I thought was unprofessional. They were cleaning for about 2 and a half to 3 hours. The scheduling was fine.

Sherifa and Her helper did an awesome job. They spent 3 hours in my house and it is sparkling! She was very professional and trustworthy. I have already recommended her to my friend to use as well!

Sherifa was prompt in responding to the requested times I suggested and was able to accommodate a time to my convenience. She tried to schedule a walk through before the cleaning date, but my wife and I were busy that night so she did the walk through before she started cleaning. The walk through was so that she could estimate how much time and effort would be necessary so she can bring the appropriate amount of help. As soon as she arrived, my wife and I were immediately impressed in the thoroughness Sherifa and her team put into the cleaning. They take their time in getting your house perfect. While she was impressed with the overall cleanliness of our home, Sherifa made it feel brand new again. Long story short...the hard water on the shower was gone and the stainless in the kitchen looked brand new again. Now my wife and I will have to work to keep it that way. We are considering signing up for her monthly service, but since she is so good she only has one or two open slots left. We highly recommend Honest Souls Cleaning Service to anyone in the Woodbridge area.

I was unable to utilize the service because my father became ill and I had to go to GA to help take care of him until he passed away on 4/18/14

The team did a wonderful job! They were punctual and very clear in what they offered. This was a "Deal" and the price was more than fair! They were courteous, professional and considerate. I would recommend them and have asked them to come back for more cleanings.

I wanted to try out a cleaning company to possibly be used on a move-out cleaning on a future rental property. I saw that this company had excellent reviews so I bought a coupon for a housecleaning. I had never used one before so wasn't sure what to expect. Not too long after I received an email from Sherifa indicating that she would come to my house to assess what needed to be done. This was right before the Memorial day weekend. I heard from her again on Tuesday and she came out to my house that Wednesday afternoon with her wonderful helpers. The three of them worked for a little over 3 hours cleaning every nook and cranny of my home. Afterward it looked and smelled so fresh and clean. Coincidentally, I found out later that they do accept tips which I was unaware of at the time. I should have asked because the work they did deserved one. Sherifa is a professional that takes pride in the work she does. At the end she asked me to look around which showed me that they care about customer satisfaction. It was a pleasure and I would highly recommend them.

It went excellent. Sherifa was prompt, began cleaning my home thouroughly, did not stop to chit chat with her helper and was personable. They cleaned cabinets, carpets, floors, blinds and even the insides of my windows!! My bathrooms were amazing! I was very comfortable with her in my home, which I do not normally feel when other people have come in to clean. I would highly reccomend Honest Souls Cleaning Service.

I didnt have the services completed because I thought it was unreasonable for the provider to show up at 3pm for a deep cleaning. I would have expected for them to arrive a lot earlier. Also, none of the alternate dates I recommended were available. I had an immediate need for this service.

It went very well and I have hired this company for continued service. They will come monthly to my home.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a deep clean on my house with Sherifa and her "helpers". Before we even scheduled the appointment, she called and then came by the house to see what it looked like, and about how long it would take. It's been a long time since my house has been cleaned by me or someone else. it wasn't kept up, {very dusty} as well as it should have been. We made an appointment, and before she came, I hid a bunch of stuff into the closet, so it would seem less cluttered. When she and her "helpers" arrived, she went through the house again, and then buckled down with her "helpers" for almost 5 hours of cleaning. they wiped/washed many of the areas that are just usually dusted, they deeply-scrubbed 3 bathrooms, including the nasty glass shower doors and the nasty tracks. the kitchen, the ceiling fans and lights sparkle, the carpets, floors and baseboards look amazing, everything in the kitchen has been wiped down/polished for the first time in forever. they used a fluffy duster to get at what they could on the bookcases. they even wiped down the sliding glass doors, inside and out, that were filled with my dogs noses, paws, and granddaughters hand-prints. they cleaned switch plates and walls around them, the doors and door frames, the wooden banister and rails, beds were made and linens were changed, cabinets polished - everything looks amazing and clean! I can't even begin to explain how much easier it is to walk around my house. i would definitely use her and her "helpers" again!! - THANK-YOU!!!

Honest Souls provides excellent cleaning services at a very reasonable price. Very thorough and always follow-up with me to make sure the cleaning was done to my satisfaction. I look forward to a long relationship with Hones Souls.

It went great. Sharifa came and looked at the apartment the weekend before the service and then she came back the following Tuesday and she stayed and cleaned my house for seven whole hours! I had removed some of the clutter before she cleaned and then she really did detail cleaning, she left no stone unturned. The house looked fabulous and I had guests the next few days who were impressed with how clean it was. She is very good and I would recommend her. It is really difficult to find good cleaning crews these days who dedicate their time and do a thorough job

Excellent work. She cleaned and polished stair railings and overhead light fixtures, something that other cleaners I've used never did. Very meticulous. I decided to use the service on a regular basis.

She was very thorough with the home cleaning. She moved furniture to clean unreachable areas. She fit me in even though I called late and she was overbooked. So she had to come in another morning to finish up. i am very impressed with her level of responsiveness and customer service.

She came and reviewed the house first to see what needed to be done and who would be doing it. She was very flexible about the times. She came in and we reviewed again what needed to be started first because there were people in the house that were still getting ready for work. She started on those areas first, consistently moving through the house. If there were questioned for me, she did not hestiate to ask. Everything was completed within 4 and half hours. She did a great job and I have set-up subsequent cleaning with her.

We are very pleased with Sherifa and the work done at our home. She went above and beyond any other cleaning service I have ever used and at a very reasonable price. Everything is clean and shiny, nothing was overlooked, and I can relax without this huge job hanging over my head. She is going to come on a regular basis to clean my house.

I used the big deal that I purchased for the company and I am still using the woman who came out. I contracted her to come out every two weeks. She seems to be very honest, thorough and on time. She is also conscientious about her work. She charged me more than the $99 big deal price because that was just the beginning rate but her price is average. The only caveat that I have about her is that she is all by herself so it takes longer for her to do the job and I am not going to leave the house while she is here. It takes her several hours to finish and she is probably not going to have more cleaning people.

We have a single family house and Sheriffa did a great job cleaning it. She went above and beyond in her services. She will now be coming to my house twice a month for cleanings. I am very satisfied.
