Description of Work: We made an appointment for an estimate two weeks ago for 9:30 a.m. Sunday morning on Dec. 2, 2012, 50 miles away from our house at a rental property we just purchased. We were at the house waiting for the contractor to give us an estimate. Home Depot called 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment and informed us that the contractor was unavailable and would not show up for the appointment. We were furious! The HD representative asked when we would like to reschedule and we told her not to bother, if this is the best they can do with an appointment, just think how poor the quality of the work would be.

+ -1 moreThe service at the store was terrible. We should have known to walk out then. Once the carpet came it had the wrong pad, but we were moving in that following week and needed the carpet installed. When I called the store they just replied that the purchase order had the pad on it that we were receiving.
