Description of Work: They first did a full inspection of both of our chimneys including a video inspection. For one chimney they broke out the old tile liner and replaced it with a steel liner, parged the brickwork forming the chimney cone and put in a new damper. For the second chimney they repaired a few developing gaps between sections of the tile liner. They also tuckpointed the chimney above the roof line and installed a new crown. The crew worked efficiently and did a great job minimizing the amount of dust and soot that resulted. I was surprised at how little there was given what a messy job it was to break out the old liner. We haven't had a chance to test things yet but visually the quality of the work looks very good. The crew was very professional.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate. The provided estimate was more than double of another estimate I received. I felt that the business was trying to compensate for the on line deal purchased by charging higher. Since I did not get the service I cannot speak to the quality of work. He was professional over the phone

Description of Work: Replace the chimney chase top with a stainless steel top. A storm was approaching with the technician arrived. I was concerned for his safety and that he would have to reschedule. He was done in no time. Impressive!!

Description of Work: They repaired a lot of old masonry and the smoke chamber while lining the chimneys and capping them. The job proved much more difficult than it initially looked, but they cheerfully got it done over two long days for the original estimate.

Description of Work: I need to have additional work done other then the liner. They were very helpful but we want to hold off because of additional cost to get my chimney repaired.
