These guys are AMAZING!! They were prompt, punctual, and professional. Jaime and Kevin provided information and updates throughout the process as well as pictures. They were diligent in making sure the bricks matched as closely as possible with the existing brick and we were comfortable with using the upgraded system. They often answered questions before I asked the question.

Wow! Amazing service. I must've called 8 different places in a panic trying to get the brick mounts which hold the mantel removed from my old fireplace so the surface could be prepped for a new TV. Seemed like an easy task (I thought), but it was a little more meticulous than I thought. I called this team and they arrived same day! Incredible customer service and expertise. Not only did they return the day after providing an estimate and remove the brick mounts, they actually re-fabricated the brick to make the holes disappear! This team knows their stuff!! I was so impressed that in the Spring I'd like them to come and do some masonry work for me. Highly recommend. Perfecly: Responsive crew, quick to identify the problem, and took pictures from the roof to show me the problem, solution, and final result, including a new bird-proof vent cap to avoid a repeat of the problem. They were not only professional but gave full explanations along the way. The new vent was even painted to match the roof color.

Went well! Within minutes after my submission to Angi, I received a phone call, and query, and a team was dispatched to my location. They (Jimmy, Justin, and Jaime) arrived within the hour, and even though the vent was roughly 30 feet up (I had called other vent cleaners and they don't provide services over 20 feet) they assessed my dryer vent issue(s) and determined I needed a nest removal. We looked at preventative measures I had, and they provided to keep the birds out. I eventually went with their solution and purchased it at a separate cost. The experience was roughly an hour. Great work!

WONDERFUL! Jimmy and his fellow technician did a fantastic job of cleaning the dryer vent. I was appalled at how much lint was removed! They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up the area just like new. I was so impressed I asked for an estimate to replace panels in my fireplace while Jimmy was here. I'll be using Finest Chimney Sweep again in the near future! Well done!

Dishonest. Disorganized. Terrible work quality. Rebuilt upper third of our chimney with wrong sized brick in a completely different pattern compared to rest of chimney and house. Random mortar joint spaces, ranging from 1/2 inch to 2 inches, standard and rest of chimney/house is 3/8 inch. Damaged chimney 6 inches from his work and refused to repair it. Lied about availability of correct brick, and lied about who owner of company was. Very unprofessional and amateur quality work.

Two gentlemen showed up; offered expert service, as well as advice on the vent cleaning project. Very professional and knowledgeable getting the work done efficiently and well done. We will hire this company again for any of their services; definitely keeping them for the next year's dryer vent cleaning. We highly recommend this company's services and the cost was very reasonable.

Up until this point I had been satisfied with their service, but this time they rescheduled my first appointment after I had spent an hour preparing the space for them to do their work. They were going to come the next day, and then called to reschedule AGAIN. I declined and cancelled the appointment with them. Also, in a day and age where robocalls abound, their inbound call center does not identify themselves when you call so you know you have the right place, and other numbers that they call from have no identifying information.

It went great. They were able to come out within an hour. They were both extremely polite, offered some suggestions for next time. They even cleaned up the yard when they were done.

NOT GOOD AT ALL. Cancelled once, made us wait 2 hours and then was told the technician was caught in traffic and they will reschedule . Then I received a bill and was asked to pay. The house was locked and they had no way to get inside, not sure how they performed the task from the roof top. Besides, I'd asked for chimney sweep and that was not done. Over all ,lousy job, bad customer service and it'll be the last time ill hire or recommend them to anyone . For a first time Angies list user,, so disappointed .

Okay except for two things: (1) The cleaning only addressed the duct from outside; they refused to check the dryer duct hose from inside. We did not discuss this ahead of time because I assumed that was part of their service. (2) In addition to the $125 to clean the duct, they also charged me $110 for a metal cover to fit over the opening of the duct outside. When I asked them to identify this item so I could compare it with other similar covers, they said they couldn't do that. They said the high cost reflected a charge for removal of the old cover and installation of the new cover to the outside vent opening. When I asked why attaching the cover was so expensive, they compared the cost to what a car garage would charge to change your oil.

Technicians showed up on time, were professional, worked quickly, and provided feedback. Job was fairly priced, and the scheduling was easy.

The crew was timely, clean and very thorough. They cleaned up well when the nob was done as well. The price was completely affordable and there were no add-ons after the estimate.

I was contacted the same day I submitted my inquiry and had a scheduled appointment with in 24 hours. Finest Chimney contacted me 25 minutes before they arrived and they were exactly on time. Cleaning took about 20 minutes and they were very thorough and professional. They even gave me some feed back about future roof/chimney repairs. I will definitely call Finest Chimney Sweep for our future needs.

GREAT company. I dealt with Jaime jr and he was a wonderful young man. Cleaning was quick and all the debris was collected. I will use them for a lot more work in the future.

They quote us 180 USD for both project but when they came to the site they said they can not do A/C then they charged us more the 90 USD as it became one project , then black mailed us about metal vent pipe should be changed otherwise they have to report it and HOA will come back to us, so at the end I was charged 176.00 , the worse part was they did not put the door they separate to do the job together when tenant open the door it fell down and brook tenant stuff , and it is about 3 weeks we are calling them to come and put the door together they are telling they are too busy and can not do it right away, last call I made was about 30minutes ago and the owner Jinny suppose to call me right away , no call yet
