Description of Work: Caliber gave me an estimate of 3-4 weeks to pick up and service my lawnmower (may seem like long time but I waited until the height of the lawn mowing season). they returned it 4 weeks to the day of pick up and while I haven't run it yet it looks like new, which I can't say it did before they serviced it.

Description of Work: I drop off a husky back pack blower in May 11,2012 that was running and only had a broken chock nib and did not hear anything for a, months when I called they said it needed a ignition coil that was not readily available, they said they would order and more months bye, and i called spoke to the owner he, was apologized and said he would get the part and would get it done; three weeks go bye and i called again someone called me and said i had to buy the part because they don't use credit cards. So i just picked up my broken blower 10/18/12 stay away from rhis company, Horrible!

Description of Work: while they were prompt to pick up the riding mower, I 't these people carry insurance?after 5 days and was told that they hadn't even looked at it yet. After another week, I was told it was done. They never called with an estimate and I did not authorize them to repair the mower on their own. When the mowere was picked up for a $60.00 charge, they left a ticket stating that they were not responsible for property that was left with them if it was stolen. I don't think so! Don't these people carry insurance? Within one month after rebuilding the starter and doing spring/summer tune up and maintenance the same problem reoccured.

Description of Work: I took my self-propelled (Craftsman 17 year old) mower to Caliber based on Angie's List recommendations. I had a problem with the mower shutting off after starting for a few seconds despite clean fuel, air filter, new spark plug and fresh oil. Routine maintainance had not been performed for several years. Larry indicated that the carburetor probably needed cleaning and said he could get it back to me in 7-10 days (his shop was full of mowers) and would call me if anything else was wrong. He notified me that the mower was ready. He said he took the carburetor apart and cleaned it. He also sharpended the blades. I was extremely satisfied with this experience and the mower is running like new.
