Description of Work: I purchased this deal because I thought I needed servicing on my dryer. However, after I purchased this Big Deal, a friend was able to fix the problem and now the dryer is working again. Appliance Geek was very prompt in responding to an initial email and I'm sure would have been a great service provider. If I need similar assistance in the future, I will definitely reach out to Appliance Geek.

Description of Work: I bought the deal, but the appliance I have is made by Sharp, and Appliance Geek said they do not fix Sharp appliances.

Description of Work: After calling a few other contractors that we have used for minor repairs in the past, we contacted Appliance Geek one evening to repair an oven that wasn't heating up at our rental property. We described what we thought the issue was and Asiv indicated that he would be able to inspect the appliance problem within the hour and call us back with a confirmation of the issue and a price quote. He was very responsive and professional with our tenants during the visit and repaired the oven that evening. We will not hesitate to use Appliance Geek again.

Description of Work: My refrigerator was leaking. They scheduled the appointment quickly, and arrived on time. The man was very polite, efficient, and cleaned up after himself. He explained what had happened and what do do in the future.

Description of Work: Checked out stove top. Determined could not fix broken switch. Ordered replacement and came back to install when he go it. Very punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Inspected refrigerator to determine why the ice maker and water dispensers were not working.. Needed to order part, so, after asking created a work around that lasted until the part came in. Replaced filter element in refrigerator. No issues since. Professional job in a timely manner with the little extras like putting protective covering on the floor before moving refrigerator.
