Technician attempted to problem solve and fix ice maker. He was very thorough and had to come back with the ordered part. However it didn't work and recommended replacing the full fridge. He didn't charge us for the part he ordered, only for service charge. I would highly recommend him for his knowledge, professionalism, and thoroughness of the job

Everything worked out wonderfully, and I am very pleased with the repair service provided by Appliance Geek Inc for my freezer. My 7- year-old freezer began having a layer of ice built up at the bottom. And one day, water began flowing down out of the freezer to the kitchen floor quite rapidly. That's when I hired Appliance Geek through Angie's List. Asif was very knowledgeable and polite. Prior to my confirming the appointment with him over the phone, he took the time and explained what he thought the cause of the problems I was encountering. He was very polite, through, and also careful of handling everything. My freezer is now working beautifully, and I am thankful to Asif for his good work. I would gladly recommond him to others.

First time using Appliance Geek. Responded right away to phone call on a Saturday. Scheduled visit for Monday. Repairman showed up on time and completed diagnoses and repair in less than an hour.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. My ice maker was not working, and I thought it needed a new motor. I was wrong -- the repair it needed was less expensive, and instead of performing the more expensive job (and charging me more), Appliance Geek was honest about what was needed and made the smaller fix. I was impressed with the reliable, professional service I received and would absolutely recommend this company.

Excellent. Came as scheduled, did the work to disassemble the tub from the washing machine, remove and replace noisy bearing, reassemble and test. Machine is quiet and works well with no excessive noise. Excellent work, saves 3/4 cost of new washing machine.
