Technician scheduled appointment and arrived within the schedule window. Diagnosed the problem (bad pulley), and replaced part with new. Cost was very reasonable. Technician was very professional. I will definitely call the Appliance Geek the next time I need an appliance repaired.

It took Asif less than 30 seconds to determine the washing machine repair would cost more than would make sense. He spent time explaining how the machine was constructed so I would understand his assessment and charged me a less than his regular housecall charge. Very positive experience.

He said we need to get parts. Then there was a 6 month waiting. I have to order myself. When parts are avaiable, won't response for the 2nd trip. Defintely should never use this guy.

I called Appliance Geek due to the positive reviews and reasonable prices I saw on Angie's List. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone had me describe what was going on. Ultimately, he explained that the problem with my machine is one that would cost as much to repair as it would to replace the machine. While this is bad news for me, I AM VERY IMPRESSED BY THE PROFESSIONALISM AND HONESTY. When someone chooses honesty over making a buck, it says something about their character.

Mr. Mahmood is great. I have used him many times for our main residence as well as our rental. He always does a great job. Would recommend him to anyone (and already have!)

Asif was amazing! professional, competent, thorough. He accurately diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed part, then installed it and saved me needing to buy a whole new washing machine. While he as at it, he looked at another faulty appliance I had been told was no longer usable and pointed out an easy fix so that it was working in no time. His price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again. Highly recommended!

Quote given over the phone was higher than actual work performed (always good to have happen) technician was quick to install the new part and cleaned up work area after he was finished. Stayed long enough to determine the repair was solid. Thanks!

I received a quick response to my service request. The technician called in advance and was prompt. The price was reasonable. I am a repeat customer and, if needed, I will use Appliance Geek in the future.

Was able to come quickly and diagnose the problem. Made the repair at a reasonable cost.

Both springs in the door were repaired very quickly. Arrived outside specified time window, but communicated this and offered a slight discount in return for his tardiness. He would have mounted the dishwasher, but my sink location prevented it. Offered to return to mount the dishwasher once a mounting bar was installed, but I told him I would handle it. He gave me instructions on which parts to order and how to follow through on mounting.

Turned out to need a new thermal fuse. He was on time and fixed the dryer promptly. I would use them again.

Excellent service. Technician knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it immediately. He even recommended where I could get extra wheels to replace the broken ones on the bottom tray of my dishwasher which was unrelated to the original problem. He was helpful, friendly and professional.

Competent and courteous. What more could you want?

Excellent. Highly recommended. Asif was prompt with his follow-up and appointment. In all three instances, he made a quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem. In two of the repairs, he had to order parts and was prompt in scheduling the appointment once the part arrived. He was courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him to anyone. I know how hard it is to find a dependable and reliable contractor, but Appliance Geek was spot on and will get our business for appliance repairs and recommendations to neighbors!

The technician could fix anything, He said that the brand LG Frigidaire couldn’t be replace, that I have to change the complete door in order to replace the water dispenser hose.... WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Although my refrigerator was unrepairable, he gave me some great advice on my new purchase, very professional and knowledgeable.

The service provider was prompt, professional and quickly discerned the problem (something common to Whirlpool Cabrio models, Maytag Bravo models, and a Sears/Kenmore model that escapes me at the moment). He was clear about what would be needed, and repaired my washer long enough for me to finish my load, and even *carefully* wash other loads until we could purchase a new washing machine!

The repair went well, it was just a little difficult to get him here. I thought I had an appointment scheduled at least twice and he didn’t show up. When he did finally show up, he performed the repairs in a timely and professional manner.

Outstanding job. Called back quickly and showed up in timeframe. He called ahead to give us a 30 min window. Very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely hire again (but honestly don’t want anything else breaking down!!)

Asif was great! It was easy to schedule the appointment and he was prompt. He was efficient and proficient. Very pleased with the experience.

Pretty well. They got delayed, so didn't show until pretty late, but they did fit us in on very short notice!
