Description of Work: Went great - $74 was for fixing leak on dishwasher in my kitchen. |I also had him look at basement dishwasher and he had parts on hand and was able to repair that one as well for a reasonable price.

Description of Work: They came to fix a leak and found that the Ice maker sensor needed to be replaced. Ver good experience and he explained everything he did, so I learned quite a bit about how it all worked. Would definately use in the future.

Description of Work: Restore water dispenser function in my refrigerator door. The repair was completed in about 30 minutes.

Description of Work: He looked at my washer and dryer and determined the cost of the parts needed to be replaced. As both machines were older than ten years, I thanked him, and went and bought new machines. (the cost of the parts alone was 2/3 the cost I paid for the machines I bought new.

Description of Work: Repaired out washer. Came at appointed time, had the parts and made the repair. When we went to use the washer, it flooded the basement. They came back the next day and connected a hose that they had knocked loose. Tried to blame us but then left without charging us. Unfortunate but a little more attention to detail would have negated the mess.

Description of Work: At first provider very responsive - called on Friday to reschedule the call that day to Saturday evening (not the greatest). Tech cleaned and vacuumed coils and said it should be good to go - fridge would not hold temp even after that. Took over 2 weeks to really get any responses. Ended up using another company that within 5 minutes of walking in door could tell that the compressor was frozen for the fridge side of the unit.

Description of Work: Look at the dishwasher and told the what was wrong. Turn out no repair had to be done. Very honest about everything he did.

Description of Work: We purchased a deal for a large appliance repair service. They repaired our Whirlpool washing machine. It worked out well.

Description of Work: Repairman did not repair microwave noise, only diagnosed it. Advertisement was for repair of appliance, not diagnosis. Was told repair would cost $300. Total waste of money on this "special deal".

Description of Work: Diagnosed the issue was a bearing in the washer, which I already knew. Said bearing was not available, that they had to replace the whole drum which would be an additional $300 for parts and two more hours of labor. I purchased the supposedly not available bearing kit from whirlpool directly myself, rented the tool, and successfully replaced in an hour. I would have been better not using them. Oh, why they were there they told my wife I should have booked them directly and saved $40. There mistake that they tried to con a handy n***. We wont be using them again.

Description of Work: The gentlemen was nice enough put did not show the first time I had him scheduled he was already beyond the 3 window he gave when he had a family emergency. I happens so we rescheduled. Again he showed up at the very end of the time window he gave me after I called twice to make sure he was coming. When he did show up he was very professional and diagnosed it right away. Defroster somehow had come unplugged. He reconnected it and removed all the built up ice and made sure defroster kicked on before leaving. If needed I would use him again but if showed up late again I would be done with him.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal and the work could not be done today. Due to the emergency need for a repair, I am requesting a refund.

Description of Work: Company came out to fix our refrigerator ice maker. They did not know how to "unlock" the icemaker to remove it. After trying for a while, they told us they would not charge us. There was a timing of appointment issue as this company calls before driving to the customer and does not go to the given appointment unless contact is made. Since I was in a meeting and couldn't answer my phone/call them back for 30 min this caused them to arrive almost an hour after the window they gave us)
