Description of Work: Repaired icemaker that we had damaged trying to remove an ice jam. I had described the problem and given the make and model # when making the appointment, and he arrived with all the necessary parts for our five year old Whirlpool fridge. He was very pleasant and professional and explained exactly what he had replaced. I will certainly call him again when I need an appliance repair.

Description of Work: We have a Maytag refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser in the door. The water dispenser was not working and Appliance Geek was able to quickly diagnose the problem. They had to order a replacement part. When the part arrived, they called us to schedule a follow-up appointment. They arrived on-time and were very polite. They explained what part was broken and explained the difference in the replacement part. The repairman helped put the shelves back in the fridge. Appliance Geek did a good job and we would use them again.

Description of Work: Installed an icemaker. He had to wait half an hour for the plumber to finish the water hookup and he could have left but he waited patiently to make sure the job was done right.

Description of Work: This is a very small company, but they provide a quality of service that belies their small size. We could not have asked for better quality service or responsiveness. In point of fact the company owner came to our rescue despite being in the middle of a family crisis.

Description of Work: The representative was very thorough. He basically took apart our refrigerator and put it back together again. His knowledge on how to get to the root of the problem was truly appreciated. He wanted to make sure that he was providing the best value, and did not give up until he tried everything to resolve the problem.
