Service man arrived on time and diagnosed the problemm within 15 minutes. He suggested the remedy (cleaning the dryer vent hose) and we only had to pay $59 for a service call. I should have thought of that fix myself, but I did not. The service tech was polite and professional and courteous.

The technician was right on time and got the repair done without issue. I had no complaints.

Stuck with the job until it was completed appropriately. The oven created bigger challenges than originally thought and he actually came back a second time with additional parts without a service charge. On the second visit he was also able to fix problem with the refrigerator using a part he had in stock.

They diagnosed the issue right away, and the repairman that came found us the least expensive new part to order to save us some money. Once the part was delivered a week later, they came back and repaired the oven. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. I know who I will be calling when I need appliance repair again!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. I had a heater in my ice maker in my refrigerator. They came out to look at it and solved the problem. They were on time, efficient. Just a good experience all around. They were on time. Professionalism was very good.

I have used Appliance Geek in the past and will continue to do so. Somehow the cylinder in the dryer got stuck. Appliance Geek unstuck it and everything works fine. I appreciate that he did not attempt to sell me new parts or extra labor that I didn't need.

Called for a refrigerator repair. Told me to unplug refrigerator. Never worked. Called again for service and they said they would charge me to come out. It was a rip off. Refrigerator still isn't working.

Quick diagnosis and repair ... I had previously communicated the make/model and described the symptoms. He was prepared with the likely fail parts in case is was not the one thing that would junk the refrigerator ... great respect for both our time and his.

Quickly determined the problem with our GE refrigerator water filter. They had to come back the next day with the correct part but otherwise were quick, courteous, and efficient.

They got it to work, but it isn't 100% functional. She has to use it on a low setting in order to get it to work. Thought they should recommend replacement.

The tech did a great job. The problem was diagnosed and the repair made by replacing the defective parts in less than an hour. I would definitely call him again for a large appliance repair.

They looked at a few things and immediately told me it wasn't worth fixing. It would cost more to repair it than to buy a new one. He even drew me a picture of what broke and what all needed replaced.

Great. I described the problem over the phone and the technician knew exactly what work was necessary. He ordered the parts and then called to schedule an appointment when the part arrived. He was punctual, professional and our refrigerator now works!

We had great service. The guy diagnosed it within 30 minutes. Broken motor. He ordered a replacement and called me once it was in and came 3 days later to install and fix. All is well now. We paid exactly what he quoted and no more. He was clear about the job, the work needed and time it would take. I'm very happy.

After two months of not being able to get the previous company to fix my refrigerator, the mechanic knew immediately what was wrong. He fixed it quickly. I would hire them again.

He was fast honest and got right to work. Gave us some ideas on what we could do ourselves to prevent this. Super nice company!

These folks were very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. The only thing that made my experience negative was a mistake I think I made. I elected their higher priced service promotion, which included a second visit, because I was thinking repair. They were offering a lower priced service promotion for diagnosis, but it seemed the savings were better on the promotion I bought. Unfortunately, the diagnosis revealed that it was better to buy a new washer than repair the old one. So, I essentially paid double what many other companies would have charged me for just the diagnosis. I didn't expect it, but I would have upped the review from B to A if they had offered some money back, since they were already offering a lower priced service promotion for a single visit diagnosis, and that is all I got. I would still use Appliance Geek again, they seemed like a quality shop. Just a lesson learned for me... don't assume repair until diagnosed.
