Description of Work: Dan and team were absolutely fantastic. We got a knock on the door from FFX water and were told we had a problem with our water line. Dan came by the same day to assess the issue and within 2 days had Nate and crew out to fix the line. The job was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Using their "moling" technique, only 3 or 4 holes were dug in our yard, instead of a huge trench, and by the time they left you wouldn't have known it as they even replaced the topsoil and grass when they back-filled the holes. Very professional and clean. Would definitely recommend using them.

Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about Dan and his service. I came home to water in my basement on Monday before Thanksgiving. After contacting the Water Authority, they determined the water pipe had burst in my front yard. The next day I called American Plumbing and spoke with Dan. He arrived at my house about 40 minutes after my call. He immediately sized up the situation and what needed to be done. It would be better to install a new pipe rather than dig 15 feet to fix the old one. He advised me that before anything could be done that Miss Utility needed to come out and mark the electrical lines. He took care of that. He and his crew came out as soon as the lines were marked and installed a new copper pipe with very minimum damage to my front yard. I highly recommend Dan and American Plumbing to anyone with a water break.

Description of Work: Replaced the water pipe from the meter to the house

Description of Work: The pipe coming off of the city water supply going into my house sprung a leak and I ended up with standing water in my front lawn and streaming water down the sidewalk. I called around and received four estimates which varied over $2500. American Plumbing was the last guy I talked to and the least expensive. Dan, the owner, arrived for the estimate when he promised and knew immediately what to do. When I decided to give him the business it turned out that his crew was able to come a day early. The crew arrived on time when promised and wasted no time in getting down to business. The repair was professional, quick and they cleaned up nicely when they were done. American Plumbing handled the permits and Miss Utility. I was delighted with the knowledge, professionalism and quality of the work. If you need outdoor plumbing work I can heartily recommend them and I would definitely use them again.
