When a significant pipe failure resulted in the need to shut off water service to my home, American arrived within 30 minutes of my placing an emergency call. Other plumbers were not available for several days due to a holiday weekend. The service team was professional and worked hard to identify and solve the problem. Truly outstanding service. I couldn't be more impressed and grateful.

Called American Plumbing to schedule a meeting for a quote. This took place in a day and the quote was one of the best among several others. Picking American Plumbing was easy based on the talks I had with several neighbors. A great and quickly finished job and cleanup followed. Looking at the outside of the house, you would not have any idea the service was performed. Would use them again and recommend to others as well.

They had to excavate with 2 holes in my front yard, 1 hold in my garage floor and 1 hole in the garage/utility room. They did a great job! The yard was put back w/a minimal amount of disruption. They replaced the cement in my garage and put back the hole cover in the garage/utility room. They did a great job w/a job that can get really messy!

The work was done on the rainy day but they all worked with positive attitude and we all had a good laughter together. Using their knowledge and trenchless technology, the team was able to make the repair less inconvenient and less expensively than other plumbing companies. Dan was very professional and explained the options very well. We were able to device a plan that could potentially have allowed me to fix the water line but once there we realized the leak was not at the joint as it typically is and therefore we had to replace it. I was greatly impressed by the technique and technology used, the professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. My yard was minimally affected. I would compare this to a minimal invasive surgery. The crew was extremely clean. The county inspector said that he rarely sees such a great quality of work. having discovered a leak in our water supply line, I called several plumbing companies, including American Plumbing. Dan gave me a very good proposal the same day. Dan and his team arrived on time the following business day. In 3 hours, they had dug two holes (one at the curb, the other near the house), replaced the water line, and put water back in service. They came back the following day after inspection and refilled the holes. I highly recommend American Plumbing. Thank you for a great job at a very good price!

Dan and his team optimistically and carefully took the time to locate the leak, saving us thousands of dollars. Not only did the work of American Plumbing save us money, but they only needed to dig 2 holes instead of ripping up our entire yard. It is this hard work, knowledge and optimism that got the job done, and got it done well. We had received another quote from another plumber and they only wanted to rip up our yard and replace the entire line. This is a clear distinction between American Plumbing and other companies. American Plumbing was professional, courteous and reasonable. They were there as soon as we called them.

Dan called me while I was still on the computer to finish the data entry over a weekend. On Monday he came to take a look, in 20 min he gave me an estimate and explanined clearly. Tuesday he ordered the permit from County, Wednsday the Miss Utility done the marking Thursday the job was done smoothly on time, a crew of 6 to 7 people. Friday, county inspector approved the job, then the crew came to backfill the 2 holes, cleaned. I wish I didn't waste about 3 weeks before I found Dan Parris of American Plumbing. He is the one you can rely on and trust his crew. He said his father was in this business and he is the 2nd generation of the owner with 40 years experience.

Fairfax Water knocked on our door informing us of a leak in our water main to our house. I left a voice mail well after hours on a Saturday, and got a reply text almost immediately. It wasn't a terrible leak, so Dan stopped by early Monday morning to inspect the issue and provide a quote. We had one other plumber come by and also provide a quote. Dan's was several thousand dollars less. Dan was able to have his crew complete the work Tuesday afternoon while I was at work. I got home and would not have known he was even here as they did such a good job of repairing the ground where they dug the whole. He sent me pictures as the work progressed as well to keep me informed of what was going on. Unfortunately, we didn't have the insurance provided by Dominion, so we had to pay out of pocket for this. But the cost was far more reasonable than what we had feared. Would highly recommend!

After receiving three estimates on replacing the main waterline from the county valve to the inside of our home, we decided to use American Plumbing Inc. Our home sits on a very long pipe stemmed lot, banked on both sides with very mature shrubs and a 250 year old oak. This would not be an easy task and our decision was not only based on pricing but also approach to method of replacement, materials used and their expertise in this type of work. American Plumbing specializes in underground waterline repair and replacement. Throughout the process from the time we called for an estimate through final county inspection and backfill, Dan and Nate were super. Dan, Nate and his crew were very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. They used the best materials available to meet our agreement and county requirement, and worked nine hours non stop to complete this job the same day. The next day after county inspection, they retuned to backfill. Our property shows minimal evidence that this work was ever done. Dan made a very stressful situation relatively painless for us. They over delivered on the agreement. We are very pleased with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work.

Dan from American Plumbing came out and inspected the problem and offered a solution. Although the insurance wouldn't pay, American Plumbing worked with me on the cost to ensure wasn't too outrageous. The crew arrived promptly and took great care to not dig up my entire yard. They dug two holes in a systematic way and manually pulled the old pipe (plastic) out and then 'snaked' the copper wire in the same hole. This technique was marvelous! I was afraid they were going to have to go into my floor in the basement but outside a small hole near where the pipe enters the house they didn't. Definitely would recommend American Plumbing!

Everything went great! The plumbers were very professional and courteous. There didn't end up being any problems with any of our systems, and they were able to explain the change in water temperature so that we understood.
