Waterline Repair on 3-Story townhome in lakeridge. Company response was super fast, work scheduled for soon after. Price was over half lower than other comparable companies and done so efficient, you cannot even tell work was done in the yard. The work was conducted in hours vs. days as quoted from other companies as they dont have to tear up your entire yard. They have specialized tools the others do not have. would use again in a heartbeat, highly recommend this company over others in northern VA for waterline repair. I seriously recommend they be your only choice in waterline repair, that's their expertise.

American Plumbing was wonderful. Our main water line broke and They fixed it right away. The employees were all very nice and even showed my four year old what they were doing. What I really appreciated was the concern they showed for getting the holes filled before trick or treating started. After they finished you couldn’t even tell that they had dug a huge hole in my yard or torn up part of my patio. If you need outside plumbing work done give American a call, you will be happy you did.

What can I say? American Plumping replaced the water line running from the street to the house. These folks know their business! American Plumbing completely the job quickly, professionally and without making a mess of either the house or the yard. The folks are courteous and friendly. They will take the time to explain what they're doing and why. We were very pleased with the work and highly recommend them.

Dan and his team did a wonderful job with our water line replacement. Dan was extremely responsive in providing an estimate for the job; as well as getting the work done once we decided to move forward. Also Dan was great with communicating timelines and project matters to us leaving us little questions to the overall project. The American Plumbing team performed the work as they stated they would, were on time and highly responsive. I would absolutely recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

American Plumbing was so responsive and efficient. We got the problem resolved within 36 hours of calling them! Our water was only turned off a short time. Cost seemed very reasonable. Even the guy at Fairfax Water thought it was an excellent price.

As you can imagine, having an underground water line breakage while your house is listed for sale, it is very stressful and worrisome. I was so lucky and able to find the amazing American Plumbing to work with my situation. Dan from American Plumbing made it too easy for me. They are specialized in underground waterline replacement without excavating the yard. From coming to my house for estimation for a waterline replacement, getting approval from Dominion Power (I purchased the water line protection plan), calling Miss Utility for marking, and scheduling a county inspection, Dan was very diligent and responsive when I had a question or when he had an update for me. They finished the work with very minimal damage to the lawn with no muddy situation. The water line replacement was clean, fast and timely as promised. I highly recommend American Plumbing for any waterline replacements.

We had a water main break and invited three companies to come and estimate the cost and time to repair. American Plumbing, Inc came within an hour and offered the best price and least amount of time to install a new copper pipe. We called Miss Utility ahead of time so the line was marked. The next day, the crew came 10 minutes earlier than the appointment time to work and completed the work in less than two hours. After the water was turned on, the crew found new leak in another part of the pipe; they replaced the broken part without charging us extra. We are very happy with the works done by Dan and his crew.

A painless job that was well managed by American Plumbing. I asked that my yard not be trenched, so that my landscaping could be preserved. They used a boring technique that left the yard in the same shape that it was in, originally. They dug out 4 holes in mulch beds/common property and removed large stones that had caused the water line to split open. American Plumbing put in a new line that will last considerably longer than the cheap PVC pipe our builder had originally used. American Plumbing has been doing this service agreement work for Dominion Power for a long time. Many of my neighbors have used them for the same job, with nothing but sterling results. Now, they are doing the same work for HomeServe USA who bought out Dominion’s service agreement work. I highly recommend American Plumbing for exterior plumbing jobs!

Unbelievably prompt service! I put my request in for referrals from Angie's list on Tuesday afternoon and almost immediately I got a call from American Plumbing to schedule an appoint for the next day. I met with Dan on Wednesday afternoon. He quoted a price that was almost half of the first quote I received from competitor and he could start the next day. His crew showed up when promised and the job was finished that afternoon, again, when promised. On Friday morning the county inspected and approved the work. The crew was friendly and cleaned up afterwards. What more could you ask for - low price and high quality work completed on schedule. I heartily recommend them.

I had a pipe bust that’s coming from my sprinkler. Mr. Dan came with this crew and fix the issue within an hour. My sprinkler has been working fine since. What amazed me was, this major issue was nothing in his eyes and when I asked him how much I owe, he said not to worry about it and it’s not a big deal. American Plumbing responded promptly and professionally. My backyard was flooded and my water was off. It was a Saturday and Dan answered my inquiry quickly. He arranged to stop by my house the next morning to provide a quote. Work began the following day and my water was back on by the afternoon. I would highly recommend American Plumbing.

We had a leak in our outside water supply line between the meter and the house. Dan came out and dug around the meter and near the house. He bored a hole for the new pipe without digging a huge trench and possibly losing a tree. Work was done quickly and professionally and for a great price.

Upon acceptance of the quote, they came the following day and they repaired where the leak detection service identified the leak with minimal invasiveness even though it was under the slab. They dug from the edge of the house underneath and pulled the line up and out. All the other companies would have jackhammered in the hallway after pulling up the carpet. They had our water back on within a few hours! They put all plants, grass, and mulch right back like it was never moved.

Everything went very smoothly. The American Plumbing crew arrived at 8:00 am Sunday morning and we had running water in our house by 11:00 am. We were thrilled with their responsiveness to our problem and their concern to get our water turned back on as soon as possible. I highly recommend Dan and Dave from American Plumbing and their entire crew if you have to replace a water line or have a water service issue. They are the best!!!

Back in 2004, my main waterline was successfully replaced by American Plumbing, Inc. They had the most competitive bid of the 4 estimates I received and they were able to do the work without excavating my yard, something the other companies could not do. They did a fabulous job and I experienced no issues for the past 14 years until a slow leak developed at the seal around the copper waterline as it emerged out of the original plastic waterline through the basement floor. I called American Plumbing, and Dan responded immediately and came out to evaluate the problem. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE AT NO COST, EVEN THOUGH THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE ORIGINAL WORK HAD EXPIRED! Dave and his crew did the repair yesterday and I was so impressed by how professional, skilled, courteous and friendly they were. I am still in awe and disbelief at what an incredible company, American Plumbing is. Very well even better than my expectations. When replacing the water line they also found sewer line issue, they asked another company to come by and fixed it in no time. They only charged me $75 for material cost. Dan has been very helpful. Answered all my questions. Four members worked together and did a perfect job. Very good: price, quality, and time. I could not thank them enough.

Dan was very prompt and showed up quickly to give an assessment. The work was done professionally with superb quality. Did I mention competitive price? If you have any kind of water line issue, you absolutely need to call Dan at American Plumbing. Sure, by all means feel free to do your due diligence and get several quotes, but American Plumbing will most likely win that battle (and it likely won't be close). But it's not just that they'll crush the competition on price, they also are really good at their jobs and likely know more about working with water lines than any other vendor you'll call. To top it off, they're fast at responding, friendly, efficient, and respectful of your property. We came home to find a note from Fairfax Water that they suspected a leak, and sure enough they eventually confirmed that. We contacted many plumbers, and our email to Dan didn't get sent until close to 1am. He responded in one minute saying he'd be there in the morning to check things out. Other plumbers took 30-60 minutes to diagnose the problem and elaborate on their $5k to $6k quote, whereas Dan instantly knew what was wrong, how he was going to solve it, and within a few minutes wrote me a quote for WELL BELOW any other quote (I'm not posting it here because every house and situation is different and that wouldn't be fair to Dan). Dan and team (Dave led the replacement and was outstanding) showed up at 9am the next morning and drove away around 11am with us now having a fully operational water line. The county inspector came the next business day and approved the permit, and our final invoice was identical to Dan's initial quote. We cannot say enough positive things about the job Dan, Dave, and team did to repair our water line. Seriously, call these guys if you have a water line issue. The job they did and the price they charge will blow away the competition.

Superb. The team worked quickly and efficiently ensuring our water was off for a minimum of time. Everyone was professional and polite and we felt comfortable with them in and around our home. Supervisor kept us informed as to status and what was being done. Once county inspection was passed the second day they were here within minutes to fill the holes and complete and clean up the worksite. Outstanding job.

One of the finest customer service deliveries i have ever experienced. Start to finish - less than 26 hours. Dan took my call, went by and evaluated the situation, provided an estimate and scheduled the work for the next day - all in less than 6 hours. His crew were on time the next morning, work was completed, and Dan arranged for an inspection by the County that same day so he could fill in his excavation after completing the work. By the time they were done, less than a day later, you could not even tell they had been there, except that I had running water again.
