Representative was very courteous. He explained what the inspections consisted of and asked for different access points. I was very satisfied with his findings and honest appraisal of the repairs needed. We look forward to have this company replace our roof when times come.

Things went very well. They explained every detail of the suggestions they gave for work on my roof, even pointing out examples throughout the neighborhood. They took before and after pictures of everything to show me as well. While I didn't go through with any of the work I really appreciated the information. They did resealed the vents around the roof to prevent any issues in the future.

They were very prompt. They cleaned up after themselves. I don't have anything bad to say about pyramid roofing.

They replaced shingles on the roof a week or so after the inspection. I really needed it completed by April 17th and they were very accomodating to my needs. They showed up early to ensure they could get the job completed before the rain started. I really appreciated the professionalism and accommodations they made to ensure the work was done around my timeframe. Would definitely use again.

I had a widow 75+ who asked if I would recommend a company to go on her roof and replace some missing shingles and check out her roof while on top. I am a member of Angie's list so after a little homework gave her Pyramid's number after reading their reviews. My friend was very pleased with the service and price especially with her age she was a little nervous about calling a roofing company on her own. Not only did Pyramid help her out they went on her elderly neighbors roof and inspected it at no cost! Thanks for being a good honest company and doing good for the elderly!

These folks were extremely professional and fast. They arrived after I left for work and finished the entire job before I got home from work. Considering everything they did, the price was very reasonable. We purchased the Timberline lifetime warranty shingles.

I am having roof issues caused by another roofing company and I needed to get an estimate to fix it. I called Pyramid Roofing because they gave free estimates. The phone calls were professional and very helpful. Jennifer S.was sent to the house. She arrived on time, talked to me a bit about the problem and told me of her experience. Jennifer spend about 30 minutes inspecting the roof, explaining to me what was going on and answering all my questions. The quote was reasonable. As soon as I am ready I will definitively be calling Pyramid Roofing.

Except for calking , the tech said everything was in order and did not need to be reviewed for 2-3 yrs.

It was great. Prompt. Professional. No dislikes. It took them two hours for the inspection. They came within a couple of days. I would recommend them for sure.

Exceptional work and service. Recent wind and snow made scheduling a challenge but the company treated the job as a priority, getting it done as soon as conditions allowed despite the fact that it was a minor job. Proactive and timely service at a very fair price.

It went well except for I believe the lack of information from dispatch about my special instructions of a missing shingle and was told that it will be covered with the $100 guarantee anyway but did not inform me of materials needed to be ready on site. Wife had to get materials from home depot on the spot to finish repair on same service call. Overall it was good.

Craig called in advance to notify the time he would be there and then arrived promptly. He was very clear in quoting what would be done and priced the job at an extremely fair fee. It's very rare when you walk away from that type of deal knowing that you got everything you wanted at the best possible price but this was it. Pyramid is now my go-to for all things roofing.

I looked at Angie’s List and then I did a number of local reviews. The experience with them was excellent. They were reasonable for the quality and the type of work. I have got quite a few people in the construction business and they have all looked at what they have done and everybody says they did a great job. I thought they did a great job and they were good people to deal with. They did a wonderful job and they were in and out of here. It was done as they had promised it. I would recommend them highly. Everybody else was in the same ballpark. There were lower bids but I didn’t think the quality was as good.

It's difficult for me to rate a roofer, since I don't go on the roof or in the attic. However, Craig, from Pyramid Roofing seemed very thorough, spending about an hour here. He spent time in the attic checking for rotted/soft wood. I have had a roof inspection before and don't remember anyone going into the attic. He also caulked around the vents/pipes etc on the roof. Overall, I think it was worth the money considering the age of my roof.

I met with Donnie on 12/3/14 to get an estimate for the needed repair of a relative's house. Donnie was thorough in his inspection and even discussed various options with me. In addition, he had me take a look at the area in need of repair and showed me the damage. He explained what he would do to make the necessary repair. He also explained that it could require a few additional pieces of plywood and an additional rafter and the cost associated with each of those extra items. Donnie was very polite and professional and answered all my questions. On the day of repair, 12/19/14, the crew showed up, discussed the repairs they were going to complete, and proceeded to make the necessary repairs. The job took them approximately 4-5 hours and, when finished, they explained the work completed. As it turned out, we did not need the extra plywood or rafter and the men let me know that was the case. Both men were very polite and professional. In addition, I also dealt with the office staff in Newport News due to a work completion and payment timeline I had to meet prior to the end of December. The office staff was very accommodating and polite, assuring me that the work would be completed within my requested timeframe - and it was. I will certainly use Pyramid Roofing for any future jobs we have. They were polite, accommodating, and professional and very easy to work with.

the communication was very good. I'm an absentee landlord so all communication was on the phone or by e-mail. They answered my questions and when one couldn't answer them they had someone who could call me to explain the details. The tenant was very satisfied with the speed and results of the repairs.
