I called Pyramid Roofing about gettign a new roof. As most people do I called around for different quotes but ended up deciding to use Pyramid Roofing. The main reason I decided this was because of the professionalism, kindness, and knowledge. I was in contact with Holly Adams and Justin the whole time. Every time I had a question or concern about the work I was having done it was always answered professionally no matter how dumb or minuscule it was. I would recommend pyramid to anyone looking to having work done.

My experience with Pyramid roofing has been fantastic from the moment I reached out for a (free) estimate to the days after the roof was completed, when the owner Dan called to make sure I was completely satisfied. Keep in mind that we had paid in full already, but Dan made it clear that if there was anything amiss, he was going to take care of it. Dan's sons Derek & Drew spent a great deal of time with us during the estimate and walked every square inch of our roof, answering every question we had (plus some we had not thought of). A few weeks later the team arrived right on time, with Vinnie managing the team and the lead Rodney explaining everything and communicating with my wife and I the entire time. Rodney and the team were amazing and super professional, the roof looks amazing, and they handled clean up like it was their own place. I need some gutters now, and I know for sure who i am hiring. They have a large team that has been together for years: If you want to see how an employer brings in and retains the best talent, visit them at their 1 year old facility in Williamsburg. Dan gave my wife and I the grand tour, and it is a team-builder's dream, with a large game room, a beautifully landscaped patio, and everything a manager and leader could hope for to bring a hard working team together before and after work hours. Claimed credit, they called the next day and informed me that they don't work on my pitch of roof. Hired another company that did. But I respect that they called and followed up with me in a prompt manner.

Very knowledgeable. Sealed a few areas as a preventative maintenance measure. Correctly identified a potential leaking window that I thought might have been coming from the roof (which I fixed later.) Would definitely recommend using.

I had a reoccuring leak from the roof. It took a few visits to really pinpoint the main cause of it. They never gave up with it and eventually got my problem fixed. They are very trustworthy, respectful and most of all knowledgeable in their line of work. Highly recommended!

Great job as before. Crew came out, checked out potential problem and provided estimate. Problem was tear/leak in plastic sheeting under shingles in roof juncture that led to water leaking through roof & porch suffit/overhang and down entry side wall, yet another crappy job of house building by H.H. Hunt, much like other areas in roof or the absolute cheap/crappy HVAC/AC system that already had failures...but enough about them & the likes of Ryan Homes or similar spotty builders... Pyramid crew then returned about week later to do the work. They peeled shingles, installed new plastic sheeting & tar in appropriate areas, then reshingled. Leak is gone.

Work crew were timely and professional. Did roof inspection. Patched up some bare roofing nails and vent, an obvious butchering of a house build by H.H. Hunt and sub-contractors back in 2013 much like the leak in adjoining roof area that spilled down interior wall into garage in previous fix. Less work needed than estimated/planned, so crew also cleaned up couple corner gutter areas. Excellent job overall.

The recommendation by Angie's List proved misleading. Contrary to Pyramid Roofing's claim, upon arrival their estimator said they only do large scale maintenance. The estimator charged USD 79 for an examination, but he was not interested in repairs, only replacement. Pyramid Roofing's minimum fee is USD 500, while he estimated the cost of maintenance less. So Pyramid Roofing could not help us. The ostensibly refundable fee was lost. It was literally take the money and run. Promotional claims about Pyramid Roofing's willingness to repair should be clearly conditional, as should their refund policy. Until they change their promotional claims, I recommend avoiding them for anything except possibly complete roof replacement with asphalt shingles, the only option their estimator would discuss.

Very well- estimate, work start and end times were completed very efficiently ... also, felt assured by the fact that if any issues arose (e.g., leaks) with the work done, they provide a one year warranty for the workmanship

Pyramid did a great job and the experience of working with everyone involved was wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will use them again in the future for inspections, repairs, or a new roof. Everyone I work with was wonderful and clearly wanted to do a good job for me. Anita, in the office, was cheerfully helpful throughout the process and was clearly committed to providing good customer service. Craig, who did the inspection, listened to my concerns about the problems I already knew I had, did a thorough inspection, prepared the estimate and explained it to me. There were no surprises and no pressure. The bulk of the work done was for the two leaks and included taking off old shingles, liner, and cutting out damage fire-treated wood then replacing all that with new materials. In one area the downspout was extended to better control rain water. Tony and Anibal did that work and were great, friendly, listened to my concerns and followed through on them, worked efficiently, and cleaned up when the job was done and took away the debris. The work looks good to me and the new shingles were a very close match and with weathering will blend right in. Also, I asked Craig, Tony, and Anibal to be quiet and unobtrusive around the bay window because a dove was nesting just a few feet away from it and they were because the dove returned promptly to the nest after they left. I personally appreciate that kindness they all showed. So, all in all, I highly recommend Pyramid and thank them for helping me.

We had an excellent experience using Pyramid Roofing to replace our roof. Victor, the company representative explained the job thoroughly and showed us samples to help us pick out the perfect shingle pattern. The roofers started early, worked diligently and completed the job in one day. Dave, the job supervisor kept us informed of the progress of the job and stopped by the next day for a final walk through to address any concerns. The overall experience was great.

Pyramid Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. They were courteous and professional, left my yard neat, and the roof looks terrific. The quote was very reasonable, and they got me on the schedule quickly. The foreman was able to quickly adapt when my house required non-standard work, and the job was completed on time. I definitely recommend them!

They were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. The were able to locate and solve an “occasional” lease that 2 other companies could not locate. Would definitely recommend them.

Craig did a great job. He unclogged a gutter for me too. He also did a great job of explaining the condition of my roof.

Showed up on schedule; completed on schedule.

Communication was not good. If you work with this company coint on calling them to stay informed. For the price of the projects that they contract you'd think they keep you informed and truthfully they do not. They are courteous when you call them. My project is still not complete. Also they did not take pictures of my roof prior to removal. If you have an insurance claim request them to do so or wlae you'll be atuck with fees (plywood). Mrs. Anita is nice to work with. Also, I havent done a walk around of my home yet. Maybe because my project is still incomplete. Again, the work product does look nice.

What a wonderful service. Pyramid called to schedule a maintenance evaluation, then came out and looked over the roof, caulked as necessary, and evaluated everything for damage and leaks. Lots of peace of mind and perhaps some future problems avoided.

Workers began promptly at 7 AM. The work went smoothly and looks great. I also had my shed reroofed so that it would match the house. Mike Goff, who came out to give me an estimate, and David Lassiter, who made sure that everything was done to my satisfaction, were reallt pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, some of my plants were damaged, but Mr Lassiter has said that the company will replace those. I would recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

They do really good inspections, they are detailed, licensed. They gave me three written estimates on what we could do with the roof, which I thought was good.

I initially called Pyramid Roofing to explain about the line items on the home inspection report dealing with roofing to see whether the Big Deal would be adequate before purchasing. Holly was extremely helpful, and I ended up purchasing the deal while I was on the phone with her and we scheduled right then. When I met Donnie on Friday, he had some concerns given the steepness of my roof, but he went way above and beyond to resolve the flashing pulling up in various spots, refastening a gutter on the back, installing a flue cap on the water heater pipe, and patching a couple of spots. After he left, Holly called me to let me know that they'd be sending another technician out this week to address the few issues that Donnie wasn't able to due to equipment limitations. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Pyramid Roofing, and will definitely use them again in the future!
